  1. Depends on the show and the size of your party. A party of two can probably get by with 20 minutes, except for the comedy show where I'd probably do 30 minutes or more. A larger party that wants to sit together should go as early as possible.
  2. Symphony is newest, Oasis is the mot recently updated until March, then Allure.
  3. Not sure if this still works, byt you might also try asking the excursion people at shorex@rccl.com.
  4. The nightly function was originally implemented by one particular HD and I'm guessing that the company wanted consistency with Empress which did not have this event.
  5. Also check your Order History in the Cruise Planner for any reservations that may have been made.
  6. RCI = Really Consistently Inconsistent.
  7. It does not really make a difference what Royal calls the dress suggestion, there's no real difference.
  8. Keep checking your Cruise Planner, the various items show up at seemingly random times.
  9. Yep, that's one of the bad parts. If you miss your reservation, then you have to use the standby line for antother performance.

  11. Rhapsody info here, lovely ship: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/search/?type=forums_topic&search_and_or=or&search_in=titles&nodes=51&q=rhapsody Check the port of call forum for excursion info: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/463-greece-ports/
  12. Santa Claus makes an appearance. NYE is normally a formal night unless it's the last night of the cruise. They sometimes charge extra for space on the Royal Promenade (should your ship have one) the evening of NYE. Specialty restaurant prices are raised on Chritmas Eve, Christmas Day, and NYE.
  13. Omly your Cruise Planner on Royal's website has the price for your sailing. Check it often, prices can change at any time.
  14. You can change in the restrooms, but you would save time by wearing your swimsuit off the ship.
  15. Some cruises allow photo upload, some don't. It will take an extra 15 seconds to take a photo at check-in.
  16. Not sure if this still works: https://www.cruisetimetables.com/full-cruise-ship-charters.html
  17. Good start on Oasis info here: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/search/?type=forums_topic&search_and_or=or&search_in=titles&nodes=51&q=oasis Major difference is that there are so many guests on Oasis that they cannot fit all the guests into the traditional two shows in the main theater, so they offer reservations for shows.
