Unfortunately not consistently. I emailed sailor services and got a kind response asking for more details and the the access key. Emailed the details back, then no response. I emailed them again and they told me they can't apply it because my booking had already sailed. Except the sail date is December 2024. Yes, 2024. In 14 months from now. Called today. 45 minutes waiting while it was looked at by their "technical crew". Came back on and said nothing they could do. I asked for it to be escalated. Manager came on the line, said "I can't hear you. Your phone connection is bad." (after already having conversations with them for almost an hour. Then she hung up on me. Been also spending two weeks trying to resolve a charge that was not mine on my last sailing that they added to my folio after we disembarked. Now on to disputing with credit card company. Trying to be patient. Trying to give VV the benefit. But too many cruise lines and too much competition for this level of customer service. They'll need to do better to earn my loyalty.

Booked at the Majestic pre-cruise this fall and looking forward to it. Post cruise staying at the Edition for one night, which is in a great location and looks equally as nice. Stayed previously at the Cotton House which I also recommend, especially if you are looking for more of a boutique feel.

Pre-covid (Nov '19) we used Barcelona Dreaming for a tour of the Jewish quarter and history in Barcelona. I forget the guide's name but he was excellent. It ended up being private with just the two of us and the guide. Heading back to Barcelona in the fall and would look to them again.

We have two bookings; one that was made with FVC and another with an Access Key. Not sure if these are eligible for the Share the Love Sailor Loot. They are already booked, so we can't use the booking links that everyone has been providing. I am willing to reach out to Virgin and ask for the referral credits, but would need booking numbers.
