  1. I am currently unable to manage my sailing with my booking number. Is anyone else having an issue?
  2. It's my first time in the Yacht Club. I have two types of shipboard credit. One says "Shipboard Credit," and the other says "Shipboard Credit/ Non-refundable." How can I use these two types of credit? Can I use them for tips?
  3. I sailed MSC before and enjoyed it. This time booked Yacht Club for a short 4-day cruise to give it a try. Any and all helpful hints would be appreciated. We talked another couple into sailing with us. They were not keen on trying MSC. They had read many negative comments. We assured them the Yacht Club would be first class. We are sailing on 6/2/2024. The original cruise we booked was in May, but that was canceled. They switched us to the June cruise and moved our cabins. On the canceled cruise, we were only one cabin down from them. However, now they are on a totally different floor. Also, now afraid our little 4-day cruise will be overrun with kids. So, they are now questioning their decision to sail with us on MSC. So, any helpful suggestions we can use to assure them it was not a mistake will be very welcome.
  4. Thanks fir the advice…to complicate matters we are traveling with another couple, they too were changed to the 6/02 sailing. When we booked our cabins were next to each other. Now they are even on another floor. What a mess…
  5. MSC changed my sail date from 5/5 to 6/02 on the Seashore without checking with me. They not only changed the date, on the 5/5 cruise, but we had a handicapped cabin. On the 6/02 cruise, we are still in Yacht Club but no longer in a handicapped room. All I received was an email confirming a booking on a different date with a different non-handicapped cabin number. I called MSC but was only told I would receive an email with choices. All I received was an email giving me a different date and cabin. I know Ocean Cay will be closed for the 5/5/2024 sailing, but I do not understand the lack of communication. Or not being given a choice as to what I want. As a side note, the handicapped cabin, especially the handicapped bathroom, is important for my husband.. This is not our first MSC cruise but our first Yacht Club cabin. Wondering if anyone knows a phone number I can call to speak to someone who could help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  6. OK, now what do I do....MSC changed my sail date - without checking with me, they put me on a cruise for a month later. Problem: still in Yacht Club but no longer in a handicapped room. I called and was told I would receive an email giving me choices....however, all I received was the email confirming my booking on a different date and a different non-handicapped cabin. I called a couple of times with no satisfactory answer. Can you offer any help... I know Ocean Cay is closed, and understand why the change, but I do not understand the lack of communication. Or not being given a choice as to what I want. Also, we need the handicapped cabin, especially the handicapped bathroom.
  7. I just booked a 4-night MSC Seashore Yacht Club cruise out of Port Canaveral and have some questions. We have cruised MSC before but first time in Yacht Club. We are in cabin 19033, a YCP handicapped cabin. Any help with these questions would be greatly appreciated: 1) We are renting a scooter for my husband and were wondering how handicapped accessible the ship is? 2) What is the Dress code for the YC dining room? Hubby really prefers to be casual at all times. It's a challenge to get him into dressy clothes. 3) What kinds of drinks are in the cabin mini fridge? 4) What type of food is served at the outside grill in the Yacht Club for lunch? Do they serve dinner at the outside grill? 5) What are your favorite perks the Yacht Club provides? Any other words of wisdom for first-time Yacht Clubers...
