  1. Called Royal Caribbean today - woman was very nice and honest on the phone.

She had no thinking that the cruise Saturday would be delayed - emphasis on getting back to Bayonne and confirming what they already are 95% convinced of - damage is superficial and inconvenient, but something that could be managed in a day or two.

She did allude to them not wanting to affect ANOTHER cruise's itinerary and to manage everything within the current cruise's timeframe and get ready for Saturday morning.

  2.

In any event, I would agree it would be helpful for some helpful information to be posted on the website, especially for those concerned about the next scheduled cruise on the Anthem.

Thats my concern..we are scheduled for the next Anthem cruise on 2/13...i assume that today they were concerned with the safety and considerations of the current cruise - i would assume by tomorrow we would get some more info.

(Hoping the trip back to Bayonne is to cut losses on this cruise, since it was already compromised, and get 100% ready for next cruise...so that they dont have to affect TWO cruises..)

  3. Thank you to everyone for the detailed updates - so happy to hear that everyone is safe and sound, if not a little bothered schedule-wise! Sounds like the Crew is doing a terrific job to make the best of a bad situation!

We have been actively watching these threads since we leave on Anthem this Saturday! So, we'll be anxiously awaiting any news regarding their next cruise.

Thanks again to everyone posting news and photos--and for everything throughout this ordeal!
