  1. What is not clear for you? We'll try to help..
  2. FYI - that room service menu is woefully out of date Pizza is $8.50usd.and so forth. It changed August 2023. While it gives an idea of the food and drinks options - not all those food items are available, and lots of others now have a cost (outside delivery charge).
  3. Nope, doesn't mean that at all. Guarantee simply means you can be assigned anytime between booking and departure day. While rare for it to be as late as embarkation day - it does occasionally happen (been twice for me, lol). Keep an eye on your booking - you'll get it sometime between now and embarkation day. As noted above, sold out is a relative term
  4. The accessible cabin will help make that happen! Happy sails...
  5. What "new Princess package"? I wasn't aware they'd introduced any new packages. Room Service delivery is $5usd if one uses the stateroom phone to order. If one uses the app, it's a ONE TIME activation fee of $14.99 - and you can then use the app to order room service delivery to virtually anywhere on the ship including your stateroom. Breakfast is free/included if you order via the door hanger card Only those in a full suite ie S category stateroom can order from the MDR during operating hours. Whether the $5 delivery fee is charged should one not have a package is hot or miss. These can't be ordered via the app or for delivery outside the stateroom as they're not programmed into the Ocean Now portion of the app to begin with. If you've purchased the Plus or Premier Cruise Package post Dec 14, 2022 - the $5 fee is waived and Ocean Now activation is included - making room service delivery, whether to Stateroom or around the ship free. Some food items have a charge, such as specialty restaurant items or some regular room service items such as pizza or sushi or steak, etc. Many are complimentary such as sandwiches, burgers, quesadillas, desserts, salads, soup, etc.
  6. With Ocean Now, you can get anything off the ON menu - not anything from the MDR. The MDR menu is not on room service delivery - for those in Suites, ordering from MDR is a perk, and they have to call to do so. You can order a variety of cocktails, some items from specialty restaurants a la carte (when open), and the room service menu - sandwiches pizzas, salads, soup, burgers, etc - some items are complimentary and some incur a few such as steak and fries or pizza or Sushi. The delivery charge is waived for those with Plus or Premier Cruise Package, or a one time Ocean Now activation fee or pay $5 per order if using room telephone.
  7. Lunch with a view in Soufriere - kinda hard to miss, anywhere in the town. Beacon for an outstanding local buffet lunch. Reservation needed Saltfish at Green Fig -reservation recommended Seashells at right on the beachfront in Soufriere Petit Peak Dasheene at Ladera (reservation needed- and usually, non-resident guests do not get front row tables) Mango Tree - reservation recommended Pavilion at Caille Blanc (views across the bay to the Pitons, absolutely breathtaking) reservation recommended Harmony at Paradise Beach at the base of Petit Piton - reservation recommended Hotel Chocolat has a lovely view of the top of Petit Piton, reservation recommended Personally - Seashells on the beach, Pavilion, Saltfish or Beacon would be my choices ..
  8. Keep your accessible cabin. He needs it, it will work better for you and him, etc . You're overthinking. Happy sails.
  9. A quick search, here's some: https://boards.cruisecritic.com.au/topic/2716940-sky-menus-and-patter/ And here: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2942411-patters-for-a-typical-cruise-sky-princess-norwayiceland-may-13-27-2023/
  10. Do a quick Google search for Princess Patter. There's hundreds posted online .
  11. That is correct, for any Plus or Premier Cruise Package purchased after December 14, 2022 (or easier, if bought at the current $60/80usd pricing). If bought at the $50 or $40usd price for Plus, no - it does not include room service delivery, Ocean Now, juice bar, casual dining, desserts, exercise classes or medallion shipping....
  12. In my experience, they leave them for you ; you don't have to be there to receive them.
  13. You'll have the room service menu, daily MDR menus, fully populated activities listing, stateroom amenities for order (robes, extra hangers, pillows, etc), stateroom account, crew chat, etc
  14. The OP has the old Plus package - which does not include room service or Ocean Now delivery. That's only in the new or $60usd/$65Aud package. Ocean Now delivery can be used for delivery anywhere, including your cabin. However, Ocean Now doesn't have the MDR menus for delivery - it's not coded in separately for those specific suites (the app isn't that sophisticated), so if you're going to order off the MDR menu for room service, you'll have to call - this incurring the $5usd/$7.50aud charge. Is it lame or cheap that Princess charges a delivery fee for a Suite Perk? Yup.
  15. Obviously a typo as I go on to say that one can eat TWICE at Alfredo's if they choose to. SMH.
  16. Do you have the Plus Cruise Package? Or standard fare? If you're meaning Plus Cruise Package when you say "basic Princess package" then yes - you have 1 included prix fixe meals, which can be enjoyed at any of the casual dining venues - if you want to eat twice at Alfredo's whenever they're open, go for it.
  17. Marius Taxi and Tours - Lerris Marius Explore St Lucia - Francis Junior Serenity Vacations Real St Lucia Experience Love Love Love Tours - Shabbee King Nio Rose Rising Sun - Mark and so forth Maybe take a look at the Helicopter Tour of the island. The helipad is right nearby, maybe $10-12 one way ride. You can do the partial or while island tour. Very unique views.
  18. If you paid $30 or $50usd for your Plus Cruise Package, then room service delivery fee and Ocean Now activation fee is not included. Room category makes no difference.. Room Service delivery is $5 per order when using the phone, and Ocean Now activation fee is $14.99 one time. If one of you activates Ocean Now, you can use that for delivery anywhere on the ship including to your cabin - however, you can't use it to order from the MDR as that's not coded into the Ocean Now delivery system. You have to call room service, this incurring the $5 charge. Or, upgrade to include all the extra items, including room service, ocean Now, medallion shipping, casual dining, juice bar, and so forth.
  19. Or a la carte pricing for individual items. Better is subjective. They're different. Casual, etc. What Italian lunchtime venue? If you mean Alfredo's pizzeria, no - or is not included for anyone. It is a pay venue, with either a la carte or prix fixe options. If you've purchased a Plus or Premier Cruise Package (after Dec 14, 2022), prix fixe meals are included, either 2 per sailing or unlimited.
  20. There is zero difference between one with a package and one without when it comes to service... No difference at all. And no difference on service at any bar or restaurant when it comes to being in a suite. Bartenders don't care what cabin you're in - they're making your drink regardless and wait staff are friendly and helpful regardless of cabin type. With your suite, you'll get your minibar set-up - 8 minis of booze, 2 beers, 2 flat and 2 sparkling water and 6 sodas. You can read like for like, or all for soda or water or all for a bottle of wine. You'll have the Concierge Lounge which will have an hour or two of included alcohol drinks in the evening, plus specialty coffees, water and sodas 24/7 You'll have the specialty breakfast with unlimited mimosas and specialty coffees. After that - it's either pay as you go for drinks, or buy either a beverage package or the cruise package. If you're going to be buying a WiFi package and paying crew appreciation - you're already at $43usd pp per night. It's a small leap to $60 - 2 cocktails or 1 glasses of wine and a bottle of water or similar. (Average cocktail runs $12-15). Order room service once and voila - you're very covered for plus. Or use Ocean Now once or twice and bam, you're very covered with Plus, and darn close to Premium - even before any specialty or casual dining, Princess Prizes, photos, medallion shipping, desserts, juice bar, etc.. Something to consider. When it comes to service though - makes no difference what kind of Stateroom you're in or whether you have a package or not. And yes, monitor your account whether you have a package or not, mistakes do happen.. Happy sails...
  21. $24.99usd per night for one device (can be used on any one device at a time) $44.99usd per night for 4 device (can be shared with whomever you want).
  22. Head to Pigeon Island and enjoy the 2 hikes, beach, SNUBA, ruins, and great meal and drinks at Jambe des Bois. Taxi runs $45usd one way, $10usd entry fee. Pretty sure companies like Serenity Vacations still offer a day trip inclusive of transportation, entry, Sun chair and cooler of drinks. Or a cat tour with Mystic Man - they do a cruise group tour, but they're not the huge hundred people cats Or private rental a cat with Hackshaws - their Lady Anne is set up for small or private group more luxury experience.. The coastal cat tours include stops at the volcano and mud baths, usually Toraille waterfall and maybe botanical gardens or Morne Coubaril for lunch, etc. They're not just sailing trips, FWIW.. If you're wanting a cool day sail on an old wooden sailing yacht, try Jus Sail. They're fantastic.. Bateau Mygo, from the Chateau Mygo family of businesses, does private charters also. Horseback riding with Sandy Hoofs up north is lovely n Segway tour in Rodney Bay is fun and different and interesting.. See if Jasmine's Lucian Food Tour is operating on the day you're in town - excellent, excellent walking tour around greater Rodney Bay area tasting multiple different local food and drinks, all from off the beaten path restaurants that the average tourist wouldn't even know were there Good luck narrowing down your options - loads to explore and enjoy, even on a day stop, and the above barely scratches the surface. Enjoy, happy sails!
  23. Crew Appreciation is per person, whether one person or 5 people in a cabin. That makes no difference to the amount charged as it's a per person charge. So, solo in a cabin is the same amount - per person & as two people in cabin or 4 people, etc. It's $16-18 pp, depending on type of cabin. Per Person.
  24. Precisely. While it does have a basic standard bar set-up - it doesn't stock everything. And my comment was directed more to those who hit up Vines for cocktails or such while not accompanying anyone drinking wine. There's loads of bars around the ship, that specialize in different things - Vines specializes in wine. Coming there, taking up seating and ordering a Cosmo and a Milky Way is somewhat incongruous, given there's a literal martini bar aboard.. Accompanying someone enjoying wine, being there to enjoy the charcuterie, etc - sure, makes complete sense. Going to a wine bar to order a Pina colada - with no other extenuating circumstances? Hmmm.....
