  2. I think if they are going to raise the price of the drinks they should raise the allowance for the drinks. You shouldn't have to buy an upgrade to get a standard drink.

  6. The phone calls are recorded at HAL. If you know the date you made the reservation, they can access the recording and determine what you were told during the conversation.

  20. Club Orange is refunded with whatever deposit you paid if you cancel the entire cruise. It cannot be cancelled on a cruise you intend to sail.
  21. Yes you can refare with Club Orange. It is just very complicated. The category that you pay for is the controlling price. So if you pay for a VF and get upgraded to a VB, the refare is based on VF. However, you have to get an agent who understands this. Most of them insist that the VB is controlling and you have to get transferred to a resolution specialist to make it work.
  22. No matter how hard it is, talking with someone on the phone is the best way to get this resolved.
  23. I also pick the deck below the Lido. It is so convenient and we have never been bothered by noise.
