I found this on the BOA my cruise rewards. I hope it helps. Questions or disputes regarding the redemption of Points must be directed to Royal Caribbean at 888.305.4626. Just found this; To redeem your credit card rewards by phone, call 800.434. 8313 and select option 2 (Mon-Fri 9 a.m.-9 p.m. ET).
