We are in the very early stages of exploring Encore for Alaska next year and considering the Haven.  (For any Celebrity cruisers out there, we have enjoyed the royal suite on Eclipse and Solstice).

We are late 70's, low maintenance.

What level of Haven suites include specialty restaurants?  I think I read somewhere that the Haven menu does not change?  Again, I've read so much I could be confused.

We are light eaters and prefer oatmeal or muesli and fresh fruit for breakfast.  I saw some menus online and did not see these on the breakfast menu.

Any tips or recommendations are appreciated.

We are looking forward to our October 1, 2023 sailing.  Any recent comments on particular wait staff in Luminae that were "better than others" (rare, but we've had a few not-so-good ones, so that we moved to another section!).  Also comments about the concierge(s) in Michael's Club and/or any general observations.

We would like to be prepared for the cost from YVR to our hotel on Robson Street.

Is it better to pay in cash or credit card?  Seems I have read where some drivers change the cost  depending on how you pay?
