  1. I’m sorry but, do you seriously need clarification as to what’s going on in the world in regards to this Virus ???? Over 100,000 infected, close to 4000 deaths, the virus is being carried by every mode of transportation possible, and you need clarification ??? Do you honestly think that every one of those 4000 deaths are elderly people...OMG people, wake up ...Please.
  2. Keep in mind that air travel is the way this virus has spread from country to country. The whole travel industry is in a very precarious situation right now.
  3. This person “Needed” to be tested as she was experiencing symptoms since she had been with a family member who had the virus. She was refused testing.
  4. Is there a Happy hour for Elite and above on embarkation day ?
  5. As one poster on a similar topic once wrote, Cruise lines count on the "customer", to pay a portion of its employees salary by instituting gratuities on the accounts. This creates a much better bottom line for the cruise companies. Now, if all customers refused to pay the gratuities, cruise lines would be forced to pay their employees decent salaries or else the turnover of employees would be enormous, or the cruise lines, could also up the cruise fare. The Aussies have this gratuity issue figured out. Remember now, for those that have issues with the gratuities, you can always remove them from your account, and tip the ones you feel deserving. There's no point screaming Foul about gratuities, as the options, are totally up to you.
  6. We booked a sunset balcony on deck 7 of the Eclipse. After viewing the back of the ship on a youtube video, I notice that not all balconies are the same size. Both 7364 and 7360 seem about 30% bigger. Can anyone confirm this ? It's very clear on the video that they are.
  7. If someone is drinking 15 drinks or more “per day”..... they may want to visit the AA Club....I hear it’s a Very Social Group🙄😁
  8. Also televised on your stateroom tv
  9. You. actually did this to your car ? To Good, To Good...BRING IT ON !! lol lol lol...Honking FOR SURE
  10. Great question...Great Answers ...."GO SEAHAWKS" !!!
  11. It states that once you’ve cruised with Norwegian, you’ve reached the first tier which is Bronze, on the Latitude scale, and your entitled to a bottle of Sparkling Wine on your next cruise. Anyone receive this ?
  12. Taxis were readily available at the pier. We had no problem using a cab. We would do it again. There is also a shuttle bus company that charges $40 per person to ride to and from the pier to Mendenhall Visitor Center. They had several buses running. You can get on and off at each end as you please. You may have to pay the additional entrance fee with that as well though. The entrance fee is included in the $40. We just came back last week.
  13. I fail to see the excitement regarding perks. If a stateroom is selling let’s say at $1000, but if you want the perks, the price of the same stateroom jumps to $1700. We’ll, that isn’t a perk, your actually Paying for the perk. If you want to give me a perk, give it when the stateroom is at $1000, then THATS a perk.
  14. One way to handle this, is to get a U.S. Credit card with your Canadian bank. Simply charge your cruise, which is in US dollars, to your U.S. credit card. Then you have 2 options to pay it off. One being, go to a Money Exchange outlet(rates are usually better than the banks), which are located in all Canadian cities, and purchase U.S. dollars to pay off your US credit card at the Canadian bank affiliated with the US credit card, or, simply buy the US dollars at your Canadian bank to pay off your U.S. credit card.
