Those long piers!

Can this be moved to HAL's forum? -
We're considering a Caribbean trip with HAL, but know from past experience that many of the piers are exhaustingly long, especially for those of us in our 80s. We've waved down trams in the past for a lift. Can these trams be requested when disembarking and returning?
