Looks OK with me. After all NCL can do anything they want, when they want. Change, cancel. They already have your money. No reasons. Enjoy your cruise.

So how do you think the climate will be different than where you live? Is it cold and wet or hot and sunny. In Alaska you can be on the top deck, do a 360 degree circle and experience winter, spring, summer and fall(well maybe not to much). It could be raining and 50 degrees and one hour later sunny and 75 the next. I was on the iceberg cruise. Two weeks sunny and no rain maybe a few clouds. SoCal weather. And then again I have been on a B2B with two weeks all rain. You dress in comfortable layers(like the clothes you wear at home). I live in San Diego. It rarely rains. Shorts, t-shirt and flip flops. I own one heavy jacket that I only wear to Alaska. No need to get new gear. And no matter how much you prepare, you always forget something. I'm sure you will figure it out.✌️

I love it when you all talk about what to wear in Alaska. I laugh at all the new gear you buy to wear on a cruise ship. It is like a fashion show. Go out and buy that top dollar gear for probably a one time use. Unless you live in San Diego (where the weather is always nice), look in your closet. What really do you need? Don't you already have rain gear at home? Are hiking boot really necessary? Are they comfortable? Will you use them after the cruise? Are they a need or a want? So go to Macy's and knock yourself out buying that top dollar gear and don't for the matching hat, scarf and gloves or go to the thrift store and get what you may need for a one time use. Poncho, rain jacket, umbrella, cane for walking, backpack, small luggage, etc. You would be surprised what treasures you may find.✌️

If you have nothing to hide, all it will cost you is a little extra time repacking . And how much time are we really talking about. 5 minutes.✌️

NCL has a great program. I left my bag out the night before disembarkation with special airline tag. Met my bag at final destination. Paid airline baggage fee with onboard account. Very easy.✌️

Caught a 11:30am flight two days ago with no problem✌️

Well at least my saga ends. Back home in San Diego. Looking for my next journey. Can't wait to use my FCC.✌️

Just off the iceberg cruise. Sports bar open between 5:30pm-5:30 am. If you are hungry it works. If you don't like the menu you go hungry. It is not IHOP. What more can you ask. They took care of me at 4:00am. Thank you Sandy✌️

Not going to the right places. I have taken 11 cruises since Oct on various cruise lines.✌️

I was wrong about Canada's inside passage. I guess the damage wasn't severe enough to go through so we went by way of the Pacific ocean. 2 1/2 sea days. Just like returning to LA from Puerto Vallarta. Oh well. I have had a wonderful cruise. And the weather was spectacular. Looking forward for my next free NCL cruise.✌️

Well I am happy with the way NCL handled our situation. One of the few times I paid rack rate and now I can parlay that into two cruises.✌️

We are finally leaving. I guess yesterday was a tease. No one off the ship. But the Sun did find time to get some scheduled maintenance done by outside contractors. This is my guess why we stayed so long. An announcement was made but didn't hear it. I think we are on our way back to Seattle skipping Ketchikan and Victoria. My next guess is we travel through Canada's inside passage ✌️

Now 11:45. People still waiting on line to disembark. Tour busses gone. Going on three hours. Still no announcement. And the crew are working there a#@es off. Are we having fun yet.✌️

10am and still no disembarkation. Supposed to be back 1:45. I guess we are staying on the ship so we can make Seattle by Thursday. Just a guess. How are going to get 1500 people back in such a short time ✌️

The plot thickens. We arrived about 5pm and NCL let guest off around 5:30 to return at 10:00. We stayed overnight. Original schedule was to arrive at 7am today. When I looked at the freestyle daily for today I saw all aboard at 1:45pm. Well it is 9am and no one can leave the ship now. Another delay. They say 9:30. What will happen next. ✌️
