We have overnights in Cape Town and Sydney so the opportunity for sectors is there. 80 days around the world was originally one cruise than an overnight in Singapore was added and split.
On our cruise there was usually a meet up listed in the daily programme for single people wanting to go ashore independently, not on an excursion, but with a few other passengers. The was quite a lot of single passengers on the cruise. In the buffet there was an area specially for those who wanted to eat with others. Also lots of dance hosts if you like dancing.
We have had a fabulous cruise sailing around the world on Borealis. A world cruise was going to be a once in a lifetime experience but we have now booked for 2025 on Bolette. RTW but with a very different itinerary
If you would like to see photos and read about our experience here is a link to my blog.https://susancammish.wordpress.com/
We have booked the 2025 RTW on Bolette. Just back from Around the world in 80 days on Borealis. The itinerary suits us very well. Lots of new ports to explore.
