Thank you 😁, everyone is really looking forward to it. I'm thinking the moveover offers must be a combination of contractors/workers having to stay onboard to work on the finishing touches longer than expected. And/or having to accommodate a group(s) as you stated.

Hi everyone, Our 3 reservations we have on the Sun Princess (March 19, 2024) 10-night sailing received the ‘MoveOver’ offer today. Thought I’d share it for reference. If this were my wife and I traveling, we would jump at this offer. But I am cruising with my mom and her best friends. My father’s wish before he passed was that my mom would get to see Europe since they had always dreamt of going, but never got to. Needless to say, this is likely a once in a lifetime trip for my mom. So we’re going, and Princess better make it memorable! (I hope they’re listening.) 😉

@CanadianBurger .. Awesome photo! 🤩 that has to be one of the best shots of the ship we’ve gotten, yet. If Princess ‘were’ smart they’d be reaching out to you with some sort of job offer or future cruise incentive. You definitely need a VACATION, from this ‘vacation’. Princess take care of this man! (and his wife)! Again, we really appreciate all of this. Going above and beyond doesn’t even describe it…

OP previously wrote that overall the ship felt more stable than other Princess ships. Likely because this is the Princess ship with an azipod installed. He did report some motion in the AFT, Horizons Dining Room last evening, excessive rolling side-to-side motion. Other portions of the ship did not have this same feeling around the same time, per his reports. Overall no vibration and the OP's sailing has had high winds, rough seas on previous day(s).

From your own experiences, up til how many days before your cruise can you submit a Princess Upgrade bid? Did anyone submit a bid less than 7 days before your cruise and have a successful upgrade?

For those of you currently onboard, taking the time to post information, your feedback, photos, videos. We all really appreciate it. Despite the hiccups, I hope you all still have a wonderful cruise. You all deserve it.

Maybe if enough of us post enough negative comments that include “Sanctuary” “chairs” “pads” they’ll get them onboard before the warmer weather. I’ll post a comment once a day to up the negative comment count.

Quick stop at Zelenika, already enroute to Civitavecchia. Didn’t even look like they docked. Maybe it was for photo ops as previously mentioned. Crappy weather there though, so not sure how well that could have gone..
