My Kindle was not lost. I inadvertently left it under a pillow in a Haven suite. As we were leaving, our steward was going in to do the turnover. It would seem that this is an easy fix. Yes, I reported it very quickly. I was notified that the report was received. Then things fell apart. After 2 weeks, I contacted a Guest Experience Coordinator who referred me back to the Lost and Found. I will not believe that our Steward pocketed my item. I would be more comfortable realizing that there is no Lost and Found which does not sit well. My question remains, has anyone had better luck with an item left behind?

There’s no blame assigned. My question is if there is an actual Lost and Found? I can certainly purchase a replacement but do I need to?
