Our cruise leaves from Venice. We are planning to stay in Venice for 2 days prior. Where is the port for embarkation?

We are doing an Adriatic & Greek Treasures cruise Oct 13 -20, 2024. We do not stop in Santorini on the cruise but want to spend 2 or 3 days there after the cruise. Does anyone have recommendations on where to stay in Oia? Preferably no more than $500 a night -- hopefully with a good view. Not far from the main area. Also - will it be hard to get a private tour when there are alot of ships in port? Any recommendations? Any restaurant recommendations? Thank you for any information you can offer...
