In your phone contacts you should have ICE info. ICE is in case of emergency. I have 3 ICE contacts. Their names, addresses & phone numbers. I’m a retired cop when we get into victims phone we always look for their ICE contact info.

I just don’t know how the the couple from SC that’s been on all the tv channels and on all the newspapers can ever go on a cruise again. They smeared their own name. Such experience cruisers yet they let this happen. Today the Australia couple are on the news. Enough you guys screwed up & hopefully learned a lesson. Onto the next scandal.

The NCL page shows ports of departure but not arrivals. How to I find out port of disembarkation? I’m trying to figure out repositioning cruises & TAs that land back in NY. I know the time frame for most TAs but am confused if I’m missing something

@smilegirl07 every time I’m in Italy I use Rome In Limo for transportation & excursions. They have vans for more people & are very helpful. They give discounts if you book more than 1 excursion including transportation to & from port or airport. Haven’t used them in four years. I don’t get paid for this, but I truly believe in them.

True but it might be a nice short visit for the kids. Unless they are doing the long day into Florence

In Livorno the Leaning Tower of Pisa is only 1/2hr away from the port. Might even be less. However Rome is a good 1.15 or more from Civitavecchia. Depends on traffic. I would take the kids to see Leaning Tower of Pisa.

You seem very upset with “techie” people. Some of us don’t want to print out & waste tons of paper. Just booked a 2night stay in Copenhagen for next May. Can’t wait to experience it. Think I’m going to stay at Anderson Hotel. I like trying hotels that aren’t chains. My cruise ends in Copenhagen. I need to read this whole thread. Need to find good coffee shops. I’m MariaBella

I had a great tour with Sandra in Lisbon. But be prepared to wait in between emails. Spanish Day tours admin doesn’t respond quickly. Also the payment was an issue. It was resolved but I have over 20rmails from them. I’m not sure if use them again

Just got back from Getaway Black was $15 saw a working $25 table to. Craps starts at $10

I have to say I’ve worked with many tours companies & Spanish Day Tours does take there time answering. My last response took almost 9days to get a response. Tho I’m looking forward to their tour of Lisbon

Between time change & Im sure they amount of email they get it’s understandable. Usually get a return email within 2 to 3 days.

I am using SDT for a half day tour in Lisbon. Luckily I have had a lot of interest. Emilio has been working with me. Going in October on the TA on Getaway. Can’t wait.

Last year 10day Canadian cruise & the hurricane had just left Nova Scotia. I did not think hurricanes went that far north either. St John was hit hard & another port had just gotten their electricity back on a few days before we docked. Everyone was buying stuff cuz we felt so bad for them. I took the horse drawn cart around town in a lite drizzle. Trees were down, roofs were damaged but God Bless the residents they still came out for us. Good luck cruisers

I am long past dragging bags, catching trains to save money. Comfort over convenience at this point in my life. I love knowing a car is picking me up & bringing me to the right place. I will be tired after an 8hr flight.

Sadly yes you have to wait for bus to either fill or mostly fill. I did NCL transfers once & that was enough for me. We got a group of 8 from our roll call & hired Rome in Limo for transfers both arriving & departure. We also used them for tours. You get discount if you use them for 3tours.
