What about tipping for the included daily shore excursions? What is the norm there? Thank you!

Can you charge slots to your account? Is there a fee?

On the early morning scenic cruising is it worth getting up early? Do they open an area on the bow for views?

Are you saying the menus did rotate then - the turkey was the first week but then they switched it to Italian on the second week - I'm confused if the order is changing each week?
