Have you scheduled test appointments? I am in such a dilemma with sailing just 10 more days away. RCL needs to hurry up with their communication to reflect what the Government of Bermuda needs
I would honestly use eMed so you can complete your testing at home. Have used it in the past and it was very easy...

We're scheduled to sail to Bermuda on October 29th and RCL sent an email yesterday stating they require the negative test to sail which is so frustrating as a passenger especially when you're a big family/group. I hope they change their language soon to avoid this confusion.
Yes, this is exactly what I am referring to. It seems they know the requirement will go away at some point and have failed to communicate!
Even a call to the help line at the Bermuda government states they no longer require testing for your cruise arrival date (we all know the cruise line does not want testing otherwise it'd still be around for other itineraries).
Hopefully they'll provide an update soon for all!

You are absolutely right!! I am with their call center for the last 1 hour and they're just a bunch of robots. I'm really going to think twice before giving RCL anymore business
Exactly! Every time you call they simply read from the website unfortunately and offer no way to truly escalate a question for further investigation 🙃

When they get around to it. How would anyone on CC know? They don't have to do anything. Royal can set a requirement beyond Bermuda's.They can't require less but they can require more.
Charles, thanks for contributing zero information. Yes we are aware of this of course 😁

Thanks for everyone's thoughts. It does seems strange that NCL, Celebrity all have language on their websites matching the Bermuda governments however Royal Caribbean does not.

Hello,
Recently noticed per the Govt of Bermuda COVID testing is not required for cruises visiting at or after October 25, 2022. However Royal Caribbean's website it still shows a requirement for a COVID test....Called and they confirmed a testing requirement.
After looking at Celebrity Cruises website and their website is correct not requiring a COVID test after Oct 25. Does anyone know when the requirement for Royal Caribbean cruises with a port stop in Bermuda will be removed?
Thank you!

Hello! Just read Norwegian is allowing guests to keep their loyalty points for cruise line initiated cancellations. Does anyone know if Royal Caribbean is allowing guests to keep their Crown & Anchor points for canceled cruises like Norwegian as well?

Hello! If Royal Caribbean cancels a paid in full sailing that was booked as a non-refundable deposit. The customer requests a full refund instead of future cruise credit; will they be refunded the entire amount paid including the deposit or only the portion not including the deposit and the non-refundable deposit as FCC?
Thank you!

Thank you! Very interesting to know🙂

Hello, Does anyone know if a cruise is cancelled that has Future Cruise Credit (FCC) applied to it will the future cruise credit be refunded for future use as a FCC on another reservation or do you loose the FCC in its entirety and are not able to apply it anywhere else?
Thanks!

With the recent news of an all out ban on cruise ships from cruise ships stopping in Cuba taking effect on Wednesday... Does anyone know how this will be handled by RCCL? ie. Refunds? People currently on cruises? Where will the ships be reassigned to? Is there any exceptions to allow continuance? Any further insight would be helpful.

Have a safe trip! I'm sure you will post these as they come along, but I would like to know/see the following if you have the time:
- Pictures of the splash pad/kids pool area (not the waterslides)
- What the limit is for the drink package on this ship? It used to be $12 for non-Oasis class ships, but some reports are saying $13 fleet wide now.
- Bamboo Room drink menu. I saw one for a different ship and they had quite a few cocktails above the beverage package limit so it will be interesting to see if they are included or not.
- Hooked Happy Hour menu

The gym has been entirely re-located and this location replaced since these pictures have been taken. There are now staterooms where these pictures were taken. The gym is now near the aft of the ship where adventure ocean used to be.

Looks amazing with the slides and modified pool! What is the blue and white striped thing?
Lime & Coconut. It's the new 3 floor bar concept that replaces the Pool Bar, Sky Bar & the St Tropez sundeck. More information here:

Hope that helps!

Dumb question I'm sure, but what does ABC mean in this context?
ABC stands for Aruba, Bonaire & Curacao AKA the "ABC Islands"

wish they had decided to sail a shorter sailing instead of cancelling the 24th. Leave on the 26th, go down to Labadee, and come back on the 1st as scheduled. Adjusted our payments accordingly. A short cruise would have been better than no cruise at all.
When the ship arrives in Miami on Monday we have read it will leave again for a pre-passenger employee test cruise prior to the March 1st sailing.
What are you missing on Royal Caribbean nowdays? What would you bring back?
