I think that people need to report inappropriate behavior by the dog or person with the dog to the cruiseline so there can be documentation by the cruiseline to deny boarding the next time. The ADA will not change soon but with documentation a business can have some legal documentation to prevent the same people from disrupting other people in the future. It does not matter what tasks a service dog provides if they cannot maintain a standard of good behavior. Mary
