  1. Yes, technically you are being charged for the additional perks of Free at Sea but you are getting a considerable break on the actual price of those amenities. When bundled, the cost savings is considerable versus buying each piece individually. You're not wrong, I just wanted to clarify.
  2. Definitely agree with you on the Marriott. There can't be an easier hotel at embarkation than the Seattle Waterfront Marriott. I am a big fan of Cafe Opla, right across the hotel's porte cochere for breakfast and a coffee on embarkation day. Enjoy your cruise. Starting in the Haven for a first cruise is a great way to understand cruise life at its finest. Go big or go home! BTW, both the Pork Tomahawk and the Lamb Ribeye are excellent in the Haven Restaurant.
  3. My requote was based on the OP comment of ship size, not capacity change. Breakaway Class - 146k tons Breakaway+ Class - 164k+ tons So yes, there is a considerable (~15%) difference.
  4. Well I would guess that was the case but the point I was trying to make is that there is no mention of the Joy missing Roatan despite travelling there every week. Is it just a coincidence that the bad weather/high wind days are when Breakaway is in port or could it be something else? :tinfoilhat:
  5. Was on the Norwegian Joy this week and we made our stop in Roatan; at the pier, not tendered. Not sure why Breakaway would have a larger problem than the Joy getting into that port.
