  1. I think it’s time we think about doing the following to hopefully get Oceania to respond to this problem: complain on the survey, and your travel agent, and to an Oceania representative at the main office. I believe if enough people make the effort, it could result in Oceania resolving the problem. Jan can you help?
  2. We will be arriving in Singapore on the Oceania Insignia. The Insignia is a small ship and is able to dock at ports closer to city centers. Does anyone know which of the two Singapore ports, the Insignia will dock at?
  3. We are staying in the Best Western Au Trocadero, which is located in the 16th district, is a small hotel that is a five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and very close to where the Viking ship docks.
  4. My husband puts an AirTag in our car that we leave parked near the port, just in case.
  5. Is there a Pickleball court, or is it still a paddleball court? Do they have any Pickleball equipment?
  6. We will be staying at the Yotel airside hotel at the airport, since we have a 4:00 am flight. Does anyone have any information about the hotel, and transportation from the port to the airport?
  7. We have found that the larger ships offer more activities. However, this summer on the Sirena we had baggo bingo, putt putt golf and ping pong. Movies were offer a couple of times in the evening because there was no show. The movies were some of those available on TV and were very old. We had several canceled ports and no new activities were planned. This is not good customer service. We love Oceania, but they do owe their passengers more than the same thing every single day with no variety.
  8. Line dancing, team competition other than trivia, karaoke, name that tune, there are many options. However, Oceania doesn’t seem to try any of them. We have been on 11 Oceania cruises. We enjoy the people, the food and the itineraries. The lack of entertainment on sea days or the days when ports have been canceled just seems lazy.
