Anyone taken Spirit from FLL to SXM?

I was told that Azamara has a transfer from the bus area in Venice to Chioggia at noon, 12:30 and 1:30.

We have purchased the transfer with Azamara and planned on taking the 1:30 transfer.

I just saw on documents that the transfer is at noon.

I am trying to find out if they are still having the other times?

Our train arrives at 12:30!

I read that the Star Pride is having air conditioning problems. Someone posted that they were on it for 11 days with no a/c.

I was thinking of booking for the Caribbean this winter but don't want to have this issue.

Does anyone know of this?

Do you recall how much that was? I don't want to exchange too much and be stuck with it.

For those that have done the Nile river cruise and possibly extensions to Jordan did you get foreign currency for both countries?

I have read some reviews that stated in Egypt they used US$ (new bills and small denominations). If that is correct, would I still need a small amount of Egypt pound? Also read in Jordan we will need the Dinan??

I just deposited on a 4 night cruise on the Meraviglia for March. Received confirmation and shows final payment at 90 days which is Dec. 13.

Reservation has terms attached that show final is 60 days along with penalty period. I called MSC and was told they can't change this as it is automated???? I don't want to make final payment 90 days out with covid as it is now.

Also, I would like to know what percentage of capacity they are sailing at? Anyone know the answer?

We will not be reserving the Haven or Penthouse on either.

I know that Oceania is more luxurious but is it worth $4000. more?

I am looking at the Jade for Nov 22 vs Nautica for same time frame. The itinerary is very similar however the cost on the Nautica is about $2000. more per person with similar perks. I have not been on either line in a while but years ago really enjoyed NCL.

Both ships are older and neither has been refurbished recently (2017) for Jade and Nautica has not yet and not sure that will happen since covid.

For $4000. difference for a couple what are your thoughts? How is the Jade and how is the food? I have read mixed reviews on both ships.

Does anyone have a current wine list with wines by the glass? I can only find a dining room menu from 2018.

Interested in the premier beverage package but can't see many decent wines under $12.

We will be sailing on the Wind Spirit in October. We are taking the ferry from Moorea early Sunday morning arriving in Papeete.

I believe we can not get on the ship until 1 pm. Does the ferry dock close to where the Wind Spirit is docked?

Do you know if we can leave our luggage at the ship and wander for a few hours before we board?

Is the pier close to the market and is it opened on Sunday?
