tipping as a % of the 'bill' - that's what I don't understand and like
a 20% tip on a $1,000 bottle of wine - $200
a 20% tip on a $50 bottle of wine - $10
$5 for 2 bags - 25 inch - to take out of back of SUV and put on cart at embarkation
$20 for the same 2 bags to help us go thru customs and take to our SUV at the port - terminal 2 PE
I sent my CVP an email about the cost to 'upgrade' from PLUS to Premier ( the answer was $270 for a 5 day cruise, so $27 pp per day...didn't take it, yet)
she replied in 30 minutes. Now it's usually the next business day - an east/west coast thingy
"A' Silverado Cab ( now $17 ) 'used' to be covered by PLUS in Vines ...
5 day cruise - upgrade to Premier is $20? $25? $30? per person per day ?
2 specialty dinners each included ... a few pics maybe?
and the all important door opening prize package opportunity...
$200 non-refundable OBC from prior promotion
ain't life great to be able to even being in the position to make this decision...
Best production show we ever saw on Princess was "On The Bayou" on Island Princess - in the Universe Lounge with the rotating stage, of which there is no more Universe Lounge after the changes to Island.
Just wondering if they are doing the show in another venue or Princess Theatre?
pro tip - if driving and parking at the port (PE) - review before the cruise if your ship will be departing from one terminal but returning to another. We would park at the terminal/garage the ship was returning to, and deal with any luggage / transfers before embarkation. happened twice to us...first time we didn't know and shuttle back to our car took over an hour.
sure - hope that changes - but it's not enough to move cabins for I don't think ... we are out on the balcony mainly when the ship is moving anyway, so shouldn't that help dissipate that?
medical billing and collections has a job to do, and the leverage is while still on board, and 'may' try to coerce someone into signing for the charges, even if not 'legally' responsible.
I'll just leave that little nugget.
Edit: not saying Guido will go all break your fingers on you ... but - it's their job to 'persuade' someone to pay the bill, until they possibly break down your resistance.

Princess has no need to market to grey hairs, blue hairs, and no hairs ... they are already hooked, lined, fish and chipped...
go after the blues, golds and medallion, err ruby levels - new blood, new money, no perks
confusing, huh? - one of the main reasons "mini's" should NOT have the word "suite" in the description.
the suite (full) and elites, get a one time per cruise segment mini-bar set-up containing 10 alcoholic beverages - 2 beers and 8 'airline' mini bottles - and 10 cokes/water/tonic combination that is NOT refilled unless you pay for it. I 'believe' club class mini's get a couple half bottles of wine, one red, one white.
