good morning Rich We will be joining you in San Diego.Have you noticed any smoke issues from the casino?

Anyone trying to maneuver through Hal website would probably end up in the insane asylum.What a mess.Why they don’t they revamp it?

I will be on a 10 day in March and 35 days in April.this should save a few dollars.thanks again

as a new update after we told we were in violation of the PVSA and had to cancel the Montreal to Boston cruise.which we did with a full refund.Today Hal called said they were wrong so they rebooked our canceled cruise.It seems they have hired a lot of new people that didn’t understand about the PVSA act.By stopping in carteghena that met the requirements.Thanks for all your help

Hi Rich we will join you in San Diego on the 6th of April for the Fll trip.Really looking forward to your posts. Room 3327 so we will be neighbors.We did this trip last year on the Zaandam and loved it.

Was on the Venezia in September and the non smoking casino was freezing everyone wore jackets.it is small and crowded.

Not sure the volendam has lanai cabins that open onto the deck.maybe wrong but don’t think so.deck 3 is all ov rooms.

The end of this saga is after talking to numerous Hal representatives.i had to cancel the Fll to Montreal and the Montreal to Boston.I did get them to promise a full refund.this was their mistake I should have been told at time of booking about the Jones act.Lesson learned I hope it may help someone else in the future thanks for all your help.

I am sure that’s the case in the email they said I had five days until they were going to cancel the Montreal to Boston leg.with the holidays just not sure who to contact

On this cruise I board in San Diego stop in a number of foreign ports and end in Boston.Hal states that they consider this one continuous cruise per there email.

not sure what I am missing here? if I fly from Fll to Boston which I do a lot no problems.But if I go by ship then that’s a violation? is this correct?
