Marella COVID Test Timing Query

I'm confused about the testing requirements. Does it have to be a supervised test with a certificate, and does it have to be done the day before. If so, we can't have a supervised test the day before as it is a Sunday! -
Going on Iona in October Spain and Portugal. Haven't had anything about vaccination policy from P&O.

Are P&O still asking for an observed LFT test 3 days prior to departure? Do they send you notifications by email if you have a cruise booked?
