  1. gorgeous photos!! thanks for the suggestions
  2. thanks so much for the info. She what I'm understanding is that I can upgrade for 11.80 per day or if I were to buy a $12 cocktail I can just pay $3 extra. So would drinks like Tom Collins or Singapore sling, or a strawberry daiquiri be included in the classic package?
  3. I am taking a cruise in a few months with 4 ports I've never been to so I really need help figuring out what to do at each port since it will be too expensive to book excursions for all the ports through the cruiseline. any information about whether there are things to do within walking distance of getting off the ship or must do excursions would be great. Antigua Barbados St. Kitts Castries, St. Lucia. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

  7. Is there a limit to the number of drinks you get in the classic drink package?
  8. the Summit. We don't go until November. I did get the classic drink package but then I noticed a $9 limit to the drink I would purchase and I only like the fancy cocktails so wanted to check out prices
  9. I just booked my first Celebrity cruise after many years of cruising with other cruiselines. Does anyone have drink menus to share? Is room service free? Anything else you can tell me.
  10. We dropped off our bags and went to get some lunch. we went to the deli and had some great sandwiches. We grabbed a cocktail and went back to the room. Our luggage arrived and it was only 2:00!! It may be weird but one of my favourite things is unpacking the suitcases and carry-ons! We had an extended balcony and really loved the extra room. Before we knew it, it was time for the muster drill. It went pretty quickly. After muster, we looked around the ship. I was really surprised at how large the shops were. On our last cruise there was only about half as much and the ship was larger! We went to the dining room next. We had your time dining. While we were looking around we met a really nice waiter named Sheldon. We ended up requesting him and had the same great table and wait team all week. The service and food was the best ever. The service is always great but I've noticed the food was only been lukewarm on the past couple cruises. Not on this one!! Every meal came out hot and delicious. We always go for an early dinner (by 6:00) and are usually able to make the 7:30 show. We went to the show and it was great. Every show was really fantastic. My favourite was the 80's one but they were all great.
  11. Just back from a great cruise aboard the Pride with my husband. We drove about 8 hours to Baltimore the day before the cruise. We got a good deal at the Sleep Inn. The hotel was decent with nice friendly staff and near the harbourfront. We decided to go to the Rusty Scupper for dinner, an awesome seafood restaurant right on waterfront. They provide a shuttle there and back free of charge :) Dinner was really great We got up the next morning and had a nice breakfast at the hotel. We checked out at 11 and headed to the port. We had faster to the fun so we arrived at the parking lot at 11:20. I've never seen a worse set up quite honestly. We waited at least half an our to get parked because although the parking lot was already cleared out, they only have 2 guys unloading luggage from the vehicles!!! Once we got to the terminal we were surprised to see the "priority" line. In all of the 12 cruises we've done, I've never waited so long in line. It was over half an hour just to get through the security part. Then we went to the FTTF lane to check in and that was another wait. That's where the negative part ends though!! They had a great set up with separating the FTTF area. We only waited about 5 minutes or so once we got through all the lines then we were able to board. We stopped for an embarkation photo and went up to our room. It wasn't quite ready but we saw our awesome steward Eka in the hall and he said he'd get the room ready right away and to drop off our stuff in our room. He was one of the best stewards we've ever had. He checked the first day if we wanted morning, night or both for cleaning, robes, etc. He was so friendly and made sure we always had nice and towels and did a great job on our room all week.
  12. I checked Google maps and it says I can walk from the Freeport cruise port to the lighthouse in about half an hour. Has anyone done this? Can you swim there if we wear water shoes? How is the walk?
  13. thanks. I sail one week today and was hoping to see these menus!
  14. Are these movies played in the cabins as well?
  15. Will be stopping in Freeport. I was thinking about walking to the lighthouse which is about a 20 minute walk or so from the port according to google maps. Has anyone done this walk and can you swim at the lighthouse?
