  1. And if only 1 person buys the plan they cannot "share" it with the other person

Yes that's correct you cannot share. However the person with the sticker can buy bottles of wine to share. (40% discount up to $100 limit). My hubby had the sticker and bought bottles of wine for me at our usual bar (they put our bottles in their fridge with our name on it). and in the MDR. This is perfectly legal and worked well for us

  2. Hi there.

The drinks sticker has been on our cruise card when we have pre-ordered the package. So you will see the sticker on the card when you register before boarding. It's Very easy.

We like the fact we can try out some new and different drinks without feeling we have 'paid extra' for them if we don't like them. Enjoy.

  3. Has anyone done this.

Friend may not be able to go (cannot claim on insurance). We have already paid in full. She understands she will lose her fare. Can we change the name on this Saver fare? Two of us. One cabin

If not if she is simply a 'no show' on the day will I be asked to pay a single supplement even though they have two paid fares?

    Thanks

  4. We have had an upsell to a suite twice and both times we have received the double credit. I was told this was because it was an upsell rather than a complimentary upgrade. I would call the Capt circle number when you return if it's not showing on your cruise history in My Primcess. They were very helpful to me

  5. We have done a few 2-3 day cruises and yes it's a bit more of a party ship it all in good spirits. we found most people dress for dinner and even the little ones (usually quite a few kids onboard) are dressed on formal night . It was nice to see families with three generations all enjoying themselves

  6. Window suites are not for us. Had a bad experience with joggers on the Prom deck at 5 every morning. Thud thud thud. Glasses rattled on the side tables. Horrid. Never again. Room was lovely but not if we don't have a good nights sleep.

Princess did nothing to stop the joggers. Not a great experience despite many many complaints to them when on board.

  7. We had a similar experience when we stayed in a window suite (Caribbean princess). F303 deck 6.

This was below the Prom deck. Joggers started at 5am. Princess did nothing to stop them, the glasses rattled on the side tables with every thud! Never again. It was a great room apart from that. But I need my sleep.

  8. We had our 25th wedding anniversary dinner in the Tuscan Grille on the Eclipse in early May.

I mentioned it was an anniversary when booking the table. They presented us with a cake. Very nice and unexpected. The view was spectacular. We were at Geiranger Norway that evening. Great memories.

  9. Well that's OK then :-) We love Oriana, even though many don't. On her again in October and just booked for the following year.

Thanks for all the info. I see others are talking about the shudder.

We may just need an extra glass of wine to get us off to sleep! Lol. I am sure it will be fine. We are really looking forward to it. She seems a very traditional type ship.
