  1. Been waiting for a refund to our credit card almost 10 weeks. Totally unacceptable. TA told me last week he hasn’t had any client receive their refund yet. I’ve turned to Citibank MasterCard to help with a dispute.
  2. Received a email from HAL. Basically said that the volume of refunds are taking extra time to process. Or, it could applied as a future cruise credit. Right!!! I just want my deposit refunded!!

  7. Was told today to expect a minimum of 60 days. Funny, when I booked it, took less than 24 hours and charge my card. I don’t have a good feeling about this 😢

  10. Is anyone else having issues with HAL crediting back their deposit? We cancelled ours a little over a week ago. NOTHING YET. In the past it has been posted to our credit card in less than 48hrs
