We are there in early November on a Wednesday.

Is it possible to do the zoo and crystal caves in a port stop from 8:00 - 3:00? Would you suggest ferry or bus?

I have e-mailed several times without any confirmation. I filled out their day pass form. the activities director emailed back with a reply to send how many, transportation from where, etc. i sent it back and several emails since with no reply and never have received a confirmation. Maybe not do in day passes anymore.
