Great pic Lou - you little devil :D. Now that library would definitely float my boat!!

Thanks to you too - hope you had a great cruise. :)
We are gearing up to board her on June 4th. Hoping to find me a book or two in the library for our 14 nighter - just in case I manage to find some down time ;)

Thank you very much for taking the time to confirm this - bless you both :)

Hi to all you well informed folks :).
Could someone please confirm whether Indy still has its library - or whether it has bit the dust to make way for more staterooms as on some of the other ships. It is still showing on RCI's 'as of May 2016' deck plans, but we all know how up to date some of their info is.
If it has gone is there a book nook anywhere to help make up for the loss - and is that book nook anything more than the 1 paltry little book cabinet that has appeared on some of the other ships?
Thanks in advance

Just wanting to be helpful & clarify a little more. There are indeed both US, and European (2 round pin) sockets on the Indy, but there are no UK (3 pin) style sockets. You will need a travel adaptor to use any electrical items with a UK plug attached. Hope that helps :)

We had a kettle on the 20th April transatlantic crossing. There was a little note in our room saying kettle & teacups etc were available upon request from the stateroom attendant. He even topped up the sugar and coffee supplies, and delivered a fresh carton of milk every other day, bless him.

I'd be interested in an update on this too. And also double checking whether they sell 'Duty Free' to a UK national as we are part of the EU and not officially entitled to buy any. Just curious.........
Does Indy now have a Library?

Thanks Gigglebee - a potential stock of new books, and a sort of librarian to keep an eye on the book thieves. Perfect.
Ha-ha Merly - pleased you didn't disembark with any 'excess baggage' ;)
