I've been on Mariner and Adventure in the past year. Adventure was in great shape. As nice as Mariner minus the Amplifications obviously. If I remember right, Adventure and Allure were both scheduled for the Royal Amplification before Covid hit.
We're in the same boat as you! (pun intended) We had a great time on Oasis class ships but they're a little too big for our taste. Our last 2 cruises were on Freedom and Mariner and we're going on Adventure in 35 days, but whose counting.
This exactly! I will add that I used to book all the cruises for my family myself. Until Covid hit! Trying to get through to Royal on the phone was a nightmare to move cruises, etc. I spent HOURS on the phone! Now my Travel Agent can make those calls. Plus I can still book any dining, drink packages and excursions myself though the Cruise Planner so it's a win, win.
We're a few weeks out from Check in and I have a Linked Reservation with my daughter and son-in-law. I'll be up at midnight but they won't be due to work schedules. Can I check in for both reservations on the App because we're linked? Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
Thank you for all the replies. I'm sure if they invite us we will check them out. I was more curious if they were still doing them. I know they have "Excursions" that you pay for that are probably more in-depth though.
My family and I are staying in a Grand Suite for the first time on Adventure OTS and noticed that in the Suite Perks they list Bridge, Galley and Backstage Tours. Do they offer these tours for Suite guests? If so, can anyone tell me about them? Thanks.
I was on Mariner OTS last June for a 8 night Southern and we paid $74.99 pp/pd.
I'm booked on Adventure this June for a 8 night Eastern and we paid $69.99 pp/pd. Personally I'd buy at that price to lock it in and keep checking. It might go down but they typically go up as you get closer to the cruise. If it goes on sale for less money you just cancel and re-buy at the cheaper cost.
