We encountered this on The Harmony in December. Booked it, paid for it, and when we went to Chops the said the were not open on embarkation day. Offered us to come the next day or money back.

Ok I am a Diamond Plus member and Prime in the casino. I get 5 drinks per day plus free drinks in the casino so don’t need the drink package. I explained the situation and was put on hold while she contacted the powers that be. Called RC last month to get the Deluxe Drink Package for my brother and I would take the Refreshment Package as others have said they have done. It was no problem and they granted the exception. Called today to get the exception for my son to get the Deluxe Package and the refreshment package for me. It was denied and I am very confused. Has anyone else had this problem?

Same problem on Brilliance in March. They didn’t even have separate lines for those with or without reservations. I asked the guy who was taking names what was the sense in having a reservation. He actually got smart with me.
