On my May 4th cruise, I got the Won notification 45 days before. Bid to notification was 14 days.

Wife and I both enjoyed the food. I like many of the Chef's who were on board but don't really have a favorite. Most were out and about with the passengers during the cruise. THIS! Just got off the Pearl and they had plenty of both. I like a 50/50 mix of Amarula and Mr. Black Cold Brew liquor. So much for my dry Saturday now.

Thanks for the great review. We've only sailed the Pearl on Sixthman music charters. Looking for a ship that includes Cozumel (for the Cozumel Bar Hop) and Key West. Jade or Jewel look to be perfect. Agreed beer selection is weak but Sixthman will normally include a couple IPA's if you like it in the can. They also had PBR which I enjoy for nostalgia purposes. Agreed the internet sucks. At least it did on the Pearl in February. Constantly disconnecting and when you did connect it was useless. Won't get it again. We board Pearl on Sunday for the inaugural Sixthman Chef's Making Waves cruise. It's only a 4 nighter but includes the Premium Plus Bev Pkg. Hello WhistlePig Rye!

Just booked the package yesterday for our Icon cruise. Wife got the 35% off while I got the 30.

DBP price on my May 24 Icon sailing has gone down from $92 to $86 pp pd. I'll be shocked if it goes down much more than that tomorrow. It will need to drop a chunk for us to purchase the DBP.

Great idea. Now I want to take my Mahket Bahsket half and half with me in May for Icon. 😃

My Icon sailing in May of 2024 is now $92 PPPD or 20% off. I won't buy the DBP unless it gets to 40% off and I doubt that will happen on Icon any time soon. At only 20% off it's cheaper for us to just pay cash.

We were on Regal in August. I had no issues with the internet (via Plus) speed for browsing and email. To avoid a ship because of internet speed seems extreme. We loved Regal.

We were a group of six a few weeks ago on Regal. We had a 7:40 res at Concerto every night. This didn't work out for some and we could not change anything with a group of 6. If our party was two we could have made changes.

We didn't book Keeping The Blues Alive as my friend did not like Sixthman's payment terms. So the wife and I booked the inaugural Chef's Making Waves on March 25th. Wife insisted on this. I know I'll like it but it's only a 4 nighter. Trying to tie it in with another cruise to reduce flights/$$$.

Just checked what was left for availability on our sailing. We paid $3,200 and price is now $8,300 for the four remaining spacious interiors. WOW!

We booked a spacious interior last October for May 2024. Glad we did. Similar sailing and room in May of 2025 is 48% higher. Yikes!

I was on Regal for the August 24th sailing. Returning from Belfast I had a full size bottle of Bushmills in my backback. It breezed right though the scanner. In Iverness I purchased a sampler of scotch and that made it past the scanners. A friend who was sailing with us also had the same experience. I had no plans to open anything onboard. We had the bev pkg. Maybe it was the gray hair. 🤣

I was the same yesterday but this morning the app recognizes me as green again. The glory of it all. 😃

Yesterday I was Green, this morning I'm Blue and my booking was unlinked from my account. And when I try to re-link it doesn't like my booking number. Princess IT messing with stuff again.

Update: Yesterday I asked my wife to check her app and the Plus package details were visible. This morning I go check my app and somehow the booking was unlinked from my account. I try to put in my booking number and it's "not found". Princess IT never fails to amaze. 🤣

Thanks for the response. This is what I'm hoping that it will update before embarkation or at least I can get it solved during check-in. We are 7 days out so hopefully it will be resolved.

We booked Plus50 last year and have no plans to upgrade. If I go to Packages on the app it says I have none. I’ve seen Plus60 folks post screen shots of their app and it lists all the details. Why wouldn’t Plus50 at least show Wifi, Plus Beverage, and Gratuities in the app? My Travel Summary shows all the details of the Plus50. Is this another IT bug?
