It’s been a few years, but the last time we were in Alaska, as we got off the ship, there were a lot of excursion seller booths and one had an offer for the Gold Creek Salmon bake that included a shuttle ride up and back in the price. We booked the salmon bake for later in the afternoon and went on an excursion shuttle to Mendenhall Glacier. When we got back, we went to the salmon bake. I think we booked both with the same group. Everything went as planned and we had an enjoyable day in Juneau. We will be back on a cruise to Alaska in May and will probably do the same Mendenhall tour. May also do salmon bake again.
