I just want MSC to put out the 25/26 winter schedule for the Caribbean. I am sure it will be the same ole thing but missing MSC.

On the Epic in January we hated the buffet and much prefer MSC's over NCL's buffet. There was a pasta station, it was not made to order, they made 2 dishes when it started to get low, put them out and went away until more was needed. Never made red sauce that I could find out of the 3 weeks we were on the ship. Also, the buffet was so limited and small. I will take MSC's buffet anyday over NCL's. OP, there was no omelet station on the Meraviglia that we could find last year on our 11 day cruise. They had pre-made omelets.

No one could pay me enough to take a cruise during Spring Break. It does not surprise me at all and this is not an MSC thing.

Not much showing for 25/26 period. I am still waiting on the Caribbean cruises for that time.

But one does not have to. The bartender is not included in the DSC, that is a different tip which you pay individually 20% or when you get the drink packages.

If they didn't, I doubt they would have very many employees.

I agree and mine even shows up on my paperwork as "Prepaid Gratuities" and it is the "DSC" that NCL charges. Just because NCL changed the name does not mean all the agencies did.

Yes that option does still show up even though they are paid. Our TA did not pay ours until about 4 days before the cruise.

We can't mention TA's on this site but yes, I use a TA that is a big corporation and yes they pay our gratuities when we sail on NCL. Never once had a problem and with them. 3 cruises and they were paid everytime.

Are you signed up with NCL's Military Program? 10% off cruise is one of the benefits. On the Epic in January we also received a nice package in the cabin with a patch and metal pin and a nice letter. There was also a Veteran Meeting that was very nice. NCL will verify your military service through Id me and you only need to do it once. There on our when you go to book a cruise you are automatically given your benefits. Also available for spouses.

Mid week the ship runs a special and places a coupon for a bag of laundry 1/2 off in your cabin for you to use.

All you have to do is go to GS any time and usually they will give you a coupon for half off. Seen it a couple of times. I never did it but a friend did. I have also read it here on CC.

Not only is the coffee in all of the Haven starbucks but also the specialty after dinner coffees in the MDR are all Starbucks now also. On the Epic all specialty coffees were Starbucks, everything else was regular brand, whatever that brand is. (Well, you could get an Irish Coffee at O'Sheehans but that is the only place that had it that was not Starbucks)

If we only sailed 7 days or less then I would not have laundry done but we never cruise less than 21 days at a time so hard to pack (especially the way I pack) for 21 days.

I agree, we have sailed under that bridge a few times and never dreamed this would happen. I cannot image being in Baltimore, the families or all involved pain. My prayers are with them. I agree about the impact on commercial shipping will be greatly impacted.
