I brought a FCD on my last HAL cruise. I tried booking through an online agent and did not see the FCD reflected in the payment page. Previously I had a FCC and it did show up through the same online agent when I booked my last cruise. Will HAL automatically take care of the FCD when I book or do I have to call in to have them applied the FCD once I book through the agent?
