    Thank you for the great information. Did you book the shuttle on the ship or prior to the cruise? We also are thinking about the Constellation, Civitavechia to Ravenna. Did you like the ship?

    Before the auto tips came into place a number of years ago the cruise lines gave you a suggested amount to tip your waiter, assistant waiter and room steward. I was wondering, based on inflation what those numbers would be today. Meaning what would you put in the waiters envelope, asst. and room steward.

    So, everyday I receive $20 credit as well as my wife? If we go to Playmakers for lunch or dinner we can use a total of $40? BTW, is Playmakers open on Sea Days? We are going on Odyssey.

    And is this $20pp attributed to UDP? And if so, can you go to Izumi for lunch, Chops for dinner and then Playmakers for a snack later?

    The Royal site stinks. It has such bad information. I didn't see anything about Playmakers and nothing about embarkation day for lunch. Thankfully there are Cruise Critic members.

    How does the credit work at Playmakers? On the UDP do you have to go in for "lunch" or "dinner"? Suppose that you wanted to go in for wings a nachos to watch a football game later?

    On UDP in Izumi what can you order for lunch on sea days?

    We are going Mid September, will the pool water be warm? We have been to Coco Cay many times the winter and the water is freezing in the pool.

    I was discussing with a friend about the first day lunch being included in the UDP and she said that it clearly states in the description on the website, "this unlimited package also applies to lunch at specialty restaurants on sea days". We are wondering if they currently are saying that there is an additional charge if you go to lunch on embarkation day.

    We stayed at the Plaza. Directly across the street from the train station. Reasonable, clean and super convenient.

    Would like to know if anyone has an experience that they would like to share with regard to getting from Ravenna to Venice. We were on a cruise two years ago just as they switched to use Ravenna in place of Venice. We booked the RC bus from the airport to The Ravenna Port. It took about two hours and forty minutes. What are the transportation options today Ravenna to Venice?
