  1. We also just did our 25th. We were told that we could use it on that cruise or any after that. We opted for our next cruise since it was more expensive . We did get the one time special white sail and sign cards though!

I know this is old, but I've seen you post many times on Mexico. Do you know if there are surf board rentals or surf schools on Stone Island? I read some sites from searching Google that stone island has decent surfing.

My husband body surfs there and usually can find good enough waves for that. I have never seen actual surfers...

If you are coming back to the port from town, there are a couple of different bus stops depending on the specific bus route of your bus.  Both stops are relatively close to Walmart/Sams.  Keep in mind that you will need to cross the busy road (to get to the port) and you should do it at the traffic light and be very alert (we often say that the biggest danger in PV is being hit by a bus or car).

True! The bus was an adventure it itself ...but nothing compared to crossing the street afterwards!

Another thing you can do is turn Cellular Data off.  It's been a while, but from what I recall, incoming text messages don't cost - that is because you basically can't control that.  I know in the past, with cellular data off and on Cellular at Sea, we could receive SMS text messages.  But playing with fire if you're not careful.

I guess it's playing with fire but thats what we do..just turn cellular data off. I believe with ATT incoming texts are free and outgoing like 50 cents

We chose to stay on the ship with our three young kids when we were in Maz in 2022. I had been to Mazatlan MANY times before and really enjoyed having the ship to ourselves. With that said, I find visiting Sam's Club and Walmart in other areas fascinating because they tend to carry different and local items, including cheap souvenirs, vanilla, etc! You may not find it exciting, but both are located across the street from the cruise port, in the event you feel like getting off for just a little bit. Just a thought.

I think you are thinking of Puerto Vallarta with the Walmart and Sam’s club ?

Just downloaded stock perk ap.  Created account and once plugged in Etrade, it wanted my Etrade sign on and password.  No way am I giving this info out.  Anyone else run across this?

We had read if you choose "Fidelity" you dont have to enter any sign in info ( We have Vanguard but also felt funny putting in user name and password) . Anyway, this worked for us

I'm giving advice to my travel hero I have learned so much from?  Woo hoo.  We did this cruise back in 2022.  You guys don't seem like foodies, but this was one of my favorite excursions of all time.  Walked around with a guide and tried different out of the way tastes of PV with a great tour guide.  It was great.

Just looked at the website. Which one did you do? They even have a vegan food tour!
