Also new to princess and I am currently experiencing the same issue. Everytime I call I get no where with IT support. I log into website and it asks me to fill out all my info, My DOB is incorrect but that part is greyed out and you are unable to change it. Once I finish putting in my info, it says un able to process and errors out. 6 calls and no resolution. Luckily my cruise is in DEC. So ill keep trying every month. 🙂

Guess the store is all C&A bling bling and only sell $$$$$ RCL branded jewelry (EFFY NY)!!! Trevor and His friend purchased the RCL logo chain, supposedly only 10 (limited quantity cant remember off the top of my head) were made. Trev, his friend and Micheal Bayliss own 3 of them.. LOL. Steep price but you were guaranteed sailing on the inaugural sailing of ICON. There is a chalice they are also selling on the ICON in that store 100K but you get beverage package for life (or so one of the bloggers stated Views and Ques) Trev and Chels (YT channel) (Views and Ques YT channel)

Deep Fjords that include, Flam, Geiranger and Olden if you want to see some amazing scenery! North cape (Honninsvag) if you want to see whales and hang out and see the midnight sun! We cruised Fjords in June of 23 with stops in Geiranger, Honninsvag, Alesund, Flam, Olden our stop in Molde was canceled due to some canal/salt levels issues in Amsterdam. Hands down one of our favorite RCL cruises.

They are random. Not everyone gets these offers, also there are limited amount of offers , once they are snatched up they are gone. Rule of thumb I always follow, if I see anything travel related Airline, Cruise, Hotel. I will add it to my card ASAP , regardless if I will use it or not. By doing this I notice I see multiple Cruise line offers. Example here back in Aug/Sept/Oct 2023 I had the following offers, which I had added all of the to my card. I will probably never sail Regent or Oceania due to price. But everything else probably.

Platinum had the spend $700 get $175 credit. I always add any cruise offer, even if I wont use it. I continue to get targeted for cruise offers since they see I am interested in cruising. Add them ASAP as these are limited. I have used the 20K points spend 1K offer for RCL and Have used the $250 cash back for NCL. Finally able to use my Princess offer (first time Princess cruiser 🙂 ) Saw a great itinerary and price for a NYE cruise, so pulled the trigger! Credited 2 days later! (yes I use all of my AMEX perks 🙂 ) Now the catch is it needs to be a 1 time $700 charge and has to be billed as Princess Cruises (website, phone or your local TA)

Yes. I was going to ask the same question. I am new to princess , and we have booked a NYE cruise with the for end of this year. I had registered my account weeks ago, but when I log in it asks me to fill in all my details (again x4). When I call customer support (3x), they fix all info and tell me to try tomorrow. Well going on 3 weeks and no resolution. Kind of bummed out about this experience. Wonder if this implementation of new APP to their web environment is causing issues. Guess I will wait another couple weeks and try again or call in again.

just off Bliss for NYE and the free at sea included WiFi, probably one of the worst we have ever experienced at sea. Constant connectivity issues , and when you finally did connect good luck accessing any social media. For email worked just fine.

Just back from Bliss for the NYE sailing. Lot's of kids everywhere. I think the month of Dec with Christmas and Nye holiday's attracts a lot of families. Bliss always seems to attract families! I am sure your youngest would have a great time on this ship!

We just did Fjords this past June. We opted for the deep Fjords cruise because we wanted to skip the larger town's and truly see the beauty of Norway and it majestic Fjord's . So it all depends on what you are looking to do. Do you want to see the larger cities or do you want to see the deep Fjords? Deep Fjords include Flam, Gerainger, and Olden. Amazing 3-4 hours thru the Fjord's. We also went up to Honnisvag for an overnighter on the Summer Solstice! Whale watching galore! Amazing! Large/coastal cities would include Bergen, Oslo on their itinerary. HALLSAM did an amazing job in this thread discussing the different options for a Norwegian Fjord cruise. Info in here really let me pick the trip we wanted.!

I use a TA and have never had an issue getting Shareholder benefit. Once applied they will sometimes send you an email. It looks like the one below.

Dec cruise X2 bookings. We also booked the FAS+ and received the amenity update email showing it. Website still does not show we purchased it and also UPGRADE offer is not there anymore. Darn website and their glitches.

You will no longer qualify for the offer and they will deduct the membership point you received or the money adjustment credit you received. You can see it in the fine print email they send you when you trigger an offer.

I use these deals all the time. Make sure to read fine print. Purchase needs to be billed as NCL.COM (or cruiseline offering promotion) or phoned into NCL (or cruiseline offering promotion) and billed as Cruiseline to get the credit. I normally use these to buy beverage packages, excursions, specialty dining or to pre-pay gratuities. I used to always pay for everything in advance, but now with me being targeted with these offers, I now try and pay for things closer it gets to cruise, So as to save money or rack up those membership reward bonuses. My favorite one was an RCL spend 1K receive 20k membership points. I did charge money in Casino for an RCL cruise, so I could qualify for another bonus they had, unfortunately this was billed as the name of the ship and not RCL. So it did not trigger the bonus for me. So just be careful to read fine print. Luckily I was able to cash out the money and pay off AMEX charge.. LOL. Also some On board charges while on ship may be billed as name of ship and not the ship brand , so you wont trigger the bonus or cash back! ALSO: If you want to be targeted for these offers (all amex cards seem to get targeted) Make sure you add any cruise offer you see , even if you are not planning on cruising with them. They will see you are interested in cruising and will target you when available. Now with all offers they are limited to a finite number of users, so if you see it add it ASAP. You will see an expiration date and you have until than to use it. Here are some of the ones I am currently targeted for and have added to my card. An no I probably wont ever sail HAL or Oceania or Regeant.

I would recommend a tour on your own. We did a discover Miami tour. We had this wonderful company take us around Miami and Little Havana with a stop for lunch. Large Premium SUV fit the 4 of us comfortably along with 4 large suitcases. Picked us at port of Miami and dropped us off at MIA. shuttle2gomiami is the name of the company! Or hang out at MIA. If you have AMEX platinum or priority pass you have access to those lounges. AMEX PLAT- Centurion Lounge Concourse D by gateD12 Priority Pass lounge: Turkish Lounge in Concourse E and H (I think you can purchase day pass also)

Hmm. Very odd. I book thru my AMEX TA to get their freebies. Also received my shareholder benefit a few days later. Must be something off. Hopefully you tried to submit again. Glad to hear you sorted it out..

For the Celebrity overnight. Are we allowed to not come back to the ship until next day? We are also looking at booking this trip for next year. And Ramses 2 day (1 overnight in hotel) Seems to be exactly what we want to do. Long time cruiser...but never have done an overnight.

agree// he is one of the most informative cruise YT's but also super annoying and it's tough to make it thru his click bait video's. So many other creator's with way better content!
