Enjoyed your first day. WOW, allot of steps were put in. Good on ya considering your injury. Many years ago we took a tour of the Queen Mary and it was near but it’s very old and apparently haunted like you said. I think the Hyatt Regency was a better choice. Nice to meet Karl. Does Kendra and family not cruise anymore? It was always fun reading about how late they made you and how different they were compared to you but it always worked out😀. I often think of the time Kendra’s husband getting drugged at the bar (forget which Island) and you guys very likely getting back just in time to goodness knows what he would have encountered. Looking forward to more.

Really enjoying your review. I was expecting some kind of horror story in Hollywood but sounds like it was ok. Great for both of you. The VIP tour sure sounds like the way to go for sure. I think it sounded like it was worth the pricey sticker. I am hoping your daughter gets on a plane today as so far it seems like she’s handling it like a trooper but two nights in an airport would send her over the edge. Have a fantastic time.

I spent time in that area before a cruise and it would be exactly where I would pick if I would ever have the opportunity. It’s nice area and far enough away from the rat race but close enough to get to it when the will arises. Not to mention close to the ocean and to the port. I’m sure you will meet people in a short order and perhaps you can join a club for a hobby or take up something new where you meet other like minded folks. On to the next journey in life and a great one to boot!

WOW that is so touching, simply beautiful! He is a very mature young man who has been through so much and still takes the thought to commend all of his support from loved ones. He must make you feel so proud.

I never paid attention to how carnival tallies points. Is it one point per cruise or one point per night? Disregard found answer. I only have a few more cruises to the level above gold.

Both are really good but I too prefer the first one. I have a friend who does funky things with old silverware she sells it at local fairs and trade shows. She does quite well actually.
