My iPad works.

We are one of the “lucky” elite cruisers showing as new cruisers on the app. Multiple tickets created. I was changed to elite for ONE cruise, then changed back. More tickets, changed to elite and able to buy medallion net at discount. Today I see that I have been returned to new cruiser again! We have other cruises booked and We need this fixed. My dh has stayed at blue the whole time. Any suggestions?

Same problem. Medallion support said sent ticket to technical? So who knows when it might be corrected. Medallions themselves on earlier cruise were correct level. I am not looking forward to having to go to guest services to get the 50% as OBC which hopefully will be refundable. Maybe crew chat will do it?

I faxed on 5/20 for a June cruise. Not showing yet.

Where on the medalllion app do I see what level it has me? Charged me full price for medallion net even tho I am elite.

I did not mean that an upgrade would necessarily be on the same deck. Certainly some upgrades are preferable to others. I was only indicating that upgrades from guarantees are still occurring.
