  1. Tell me about! Nothing official so far but some have reported that new bookings have been marked “Paid In Full” when they receive their paperwork. I have not had that experience.

  4. On my Enchanted cruise in December, during the day they offered Zumba, line dance Instruction (which everyone seemed to love) and dancing in the Piazza. 💃 I didn’t attend any of the events offered at night so I can’t speak to those.
  5. Did exactly this but it was taken care of by the girls working the desk and they weren’t the Maitre’ D Had the same table for 20 days across 2 cruises. We eat at 5pm because that’s where the flexibility is to make this happen. (That’s what we were told)
  6. Doesn’t matter who pays as long as the Shareholder is in the cabin. I could see a problem if the shareholders are listed on the same investment but in different cabins.
  7. No, but Yoga classes in the past were $15 plus 18% you can probably gauge prices by that.

  13. Did this in the past and we were off the ship by 7:45A and arrived to Victoria Coach by 10:30A (Traffic was heavy)
  14. We use Delta Skymiles often to book our trips, the Amex card helps with this process. With that said if EZ Air has a good price we will weigh the value of the miles against the EZ Air price.
  15. Issue Resolved. Guest Services was able to reinstate the bookings and offer no understanding as to why it was canceled to begin with. They seem to be going through some sort of transition period with all the issues lately. Mind your bookings 😁
  16. Just a friendly Reminder- Keep track of your bookings, I went to prepay for gratuities for a longer sailing and realized it was missing from personalizer. Upon further investigation I noticed my assigned cabin was available. I called Princess and found out it was cancelled, not the cruise just my reservation. No email, phone call or even a refund of funds. The sailing isn’t until 2024 so it wasn’t due to lack of payment. Keep track of your bookings, excursions, payments and everything else. *Still waiting on a resolution on hold with guest services

  18. Yessss!! I never had issues with wifi, streamed shows on all my Enchanted sailings recently but maybe this justifies the cost increase and help with Alaska and TA.
  19. Double check that the App shows you as Elite. i fought this battle once before and am unfortunately doing it again.
  20. Try calling as soon as they open and using the call back feature as well. But yes, the average wait time is extremely long.
  21. Just a note: Make sure all your documentation is attached to every email you send. I had to chase this up for my parents on a HAL cruise and eventually it was taken care. It wasn’t necessary for anyone to reach out for follow up information since it was all attached to the email. Good Luck!
  22. I had the same issue. You have to open a ticket and it took over a week to fix. The regular Princess reps can’t help you.
  23. Yes, Wifi is increasing to $15 or $7.50 a day for elites
