A quick search found this:

At some ports the cruise line offers a sport fishing tour. Catch and release. You could also find a local vendor to accommodate you. Just Google it. Maybe you can arrange what you want.

Epic development! LOL. We are on the December 2nd sailing. Can't wait.
Maybe you could post a picture???

It is not illegal to count cards. They just don't like it. After booze, casino play is the second largest source of revenue on the ship. They don't build those billion dollar ships/casinos on winners. If you are going to do it I would suggest you do it only once.
Vegas odds: good
Indian casino odds : bad
Cruise ship odds: ugly
We just live a couple of hours from Las Vegas and go frequently. Cruise ship casino has no appeal to me. Too much other stuff to do on the ship.

How gala was it? Tuxedo gala? Dark suit and tie gala? Sport jacket gala? We are on the December 2 cruise, first time in Yacht Club and was wondering how gala we should pack. Thanks for your help.

I am currently on Symphony ots. Last night on the main dinning room entree menu, not children menu, there was an item of "lobster Mac and Cheese". The bowl was very small, smaller than the onion soup bowl, about 3/4 full of Mac with some source. There was no sign of chopped or ground meat with the Mac. I am half way to Pinnacle. I am going to fold.
You should have paired it up with their delicious meatloaf and brown gravy and a side of canned corn. Mmmmm...

Guy is apparently a very nice guy from everything I have read. He does a lot of charity work.
He is a good guy ( no pun intended) but his cooking is not fine dining. Kinda low brow. Not to be a snob, because when I cruised Carnival (never again) I enjoyed the burger. Donkey sauce any one?

There is also the possibility that if you bid on a Yacht Club interior, they may accept your bid, but assign you to a deluxe balcony suite (not really a suite, but a large room. Very nice.) That is what happened to us. For us, it was a fantastic bargain.

On my last 2 cruises my cell company charged me more than my regular amount. I did turn off airplane mode in port. Thats what causes all the problems. But only a few bucks. $800, that's insane. Like some one said, it doesn't hurt to fight it. Good luck.

I don't think you will given another cruise. I could be wrong. You might not feel like taking action but if you have any long lasting physical issues, and the cruise line was even partially at fault, you should be compensated. Take some time and think about it. Good luck. Please tell us what you outcome is.

Don't sign anything that the safety officer might give you. Those statements are written by the cruise line lawyers and are designed to favor the company. Sorry your vacation was ruined. What a shame. Hopefully you will soon be on the mend. Good luck.

Hi,
Well I tried a Dummy Booking and couldn't see much on MSC Website. Switched to Travel Agent, and there were a few Balcony Suites available in YC.
We only placed a Bid for Inside.
All hope seems to be gone.😒
Hey ho, we still have a Balcony Cabin on a lovely new Ship, but have been excited at mere prospect of YC for weeks.
Happy Sailing.
K,
We bid on a YC interior. Our bid was accepted. We were assigned a YC deluxe balcony suite. I did sweeten the bid a bit after my initial bid. All in all we got a tremendous bargain.

Honestly I can’t think of one thing they do better than any other line.Their Yacht Club is much better than other lines premium experience. Pizza is the best at sea.

Hurry up and wait and wait and wait. Unless you have a mtd reservation. In which case it is the same. RCCL has no clue how to do mtd.

Not exactly the topic here but.....I took my grandson on a cruise. His mom and I got notarized form letter. They didn't even look at it. Didnt ask for it. My oldest daughter, who is an immigration lawyer, was astonished. She said that was the one thing that they should have really checked. I guess this is put in place to prevent human trafficking. This was the port in Los Angeles.

Nope. They're off. Nowhere near a good bagel.
I Ubered out to Wynnwood to a favorite deli and brought back six to keep me happy for the remainder of this cruise.
Well done mate. Did you get a schmear?

I can't stand Guy Fieri or his food aesthetic.
But for many, he's a known commodity and they're impressed by his shtick.
Yep. He's no Jacques Pepin

Does the $5 charge apply if you don't care for what you ordered and ask for something else?

Yes. That simply adds to the illusion of a caste system of upper and lower classes which makes the Yacht Club so much more enjoyable. All this will be sort of non-exisistent on MSC's Explora Journeys catering to 900 prima donnas out of 900 passengers versus 330 prima donnas out of 6000 passengers.
Joking or jealous?? I really can't tell.

Generally I would agree with you. BUT...
A) She doesn't have any contact with the TA. We made all of the arrangements.
B) 99% sure she doesn't even KNOW, and probably wouldn't think about difference in name documents.
As far as the DL... don't you need to present photo ID to get back on the ship after an excursion? Yes, I know you can bring a passport off the ship, but it's not as easy to carry and not as easy to replace if it gets lost/stolen.
Good point to @ShillyShally about asking what name she wants on board. Pretty sure she'll want her married name, but will ask.
53 cruises all over. Never asked for anything but seapass. No issue

Congratulations on the good deal. We scored a YC deluxe balcony suite for a YC inside bid. Can't wait. Bon Voyage.
