Good advice! I called RCI and reserved a wheelchair upon check in. @Ozark_Kid No problem transitioning to a wheelchair from a rolator to check in. The "pusher" is experienced in getting you checked in and on board with little problem. The best was in Galveston where they have a special handicap check in counter. No pushing ahead of other passengers waiting to check in. If needed, you can also ask Special Needs for a raised toilet seat in your bathroom cabin. I know you can request all of this on-line but I prefer to speak to a human on the phone.

I think it would be more convenient to fill a heavy pot of water directly on the stove than carrying it from the sink to the stove. I always use cold water, never hot. Have I been cooking wrong? If you do get one, make sure it has a seat and brakes. I requested a wheelchair from Special Needs Dept. for the Oasis Bella cruise just for check in, and I was wheeled right through check in and up to the Windjammer. It's quite a bit of walking and even with a rollator it might be a challenge. I know it would have been with my cane. If you do get a rollator, make sure it's the proper height for you.

Mafia style baggaging in Miami RCI terminal?
BonTexasNY replied to Kbonner's topic in Royal Caribbean International
We missed the entrance also on our Oasis cruise on March 12. We kept driving around among all the cargo boxes and it took us a long time to get to Terminal A parking. Our GPS was going crazy recalculating to streets we couldn't find. We found our way out of the cargo area on our own and checked our luggage quickly and without problem. We were not asked to tip but did anyway. Very rude of that porter not helping you. -
Good luck with your new kitchen. If I were still a homeowner and redoing my kitchen, I would only have slide out drawers, even deep ones for large pots and pans, plus large double width drawers for cutlery. I would also have a faucet installed over the stove. When we sold our houses, both in NY and TX, I was amazed at what I found in back of the lower cabinets; stuff I forgot I had and hardly used because the items weren't visible. Kitchen in our TX house that we sold 5 years ago:

I thought once a day room cleaning on the Bella cruise was sufficient. Our room steward popped in sometime in the evening to leave a paper compass and a fresh bucket of ice. More than enough towels were left in the morning. Hope you're all enjoying your cruise. I'm sure Chris and Donna love their balcony!

@dani negreanu Dani, I watch the news of the protests with sadness, a civil war in Israel. The secular population need to be heard! The ultra orthodox party is powerful in Israel and I stand with you in stopping/limiting their power. Jack and I had to jump hoops to get permission to marry in Israel, all thanks to the orthodox influence in the Israeli government. I know it's just as difficult now. I can totally understand your desire to move and the reasons for keeping you in Israel for the present. I'll get off my soapbox now with the hopes the protests quiet down with a reasonable solution.

Hurricane Floyd 1999, our NY backyard. We were fortunate the trees didn't fall on our house. In the first picture, the top of the tree that fell on the fence, to the left of the swing, landed across the street a few yards from my neighbor's front door. So glad all impacted by the current storm are safe.

Jack is taking a nap so I might be wrong. This is the definition from google: "titchadshi" update, regarding the new found biological father 😉 I always used it to wish someone good health when they acquired something new. I assume this is for Brillohead Have a slice of pizza, bagel and a roumanian pastrami sandwich on rye for me, please! Not all at the same time. 😉 Sounds like it will be a wonderful trip.

I hate being physically knocked around by people carrying them not noticing.
