Will staff help a potty trained 2.5 yr use the restroom? My son is potty trained, he just needs help with his clothes and what not.

I have two options for arrival time... Galveston Express has a shuttle that arrives at 930am and 11am. My check-in time is at 10am. Which one should I choose? I know I can't enter the terminal till 10 am. Will there be a big difference on what time I actually get on the ship if I arrive at 930am apposed to 11am ? Thanks

I'll have to find out if a hotel around hobby airport will do that.

Anyone known how long customs takes? Trying to time catching the galveston express after the cruise.

Sailing out of Galveston and my flight is at 8pm after disembarkment! How long does disembarkment take? What time do I have to be off the ship ? Itinerary says we get back to port at 8am.

Any suggestions on what to do in Galveston before heading back to the airport? Or is there anything to do around houston hobby or somewhere in the middle ?

Southwest will board families with children before B group... if I recall correctly. You won't be in A group but you will still get seats together. I have seen southwest even ask for people to move so families with kids can sit together.

Would someone sailing Freedom on April 2nd, please share the fun times when you return? I have not been able to find the fun time for that Bahamas itinerary. Is staff able to make a cherry coke or sprit with the maraschino cherries or possibly cherry grenadine from the bar?

Ok... I'm new the carnival. .. first cruise with carnival on April 16th..... what is the " bacon police "? LoL

I called carnival to request a crib for my 2 yr old son. I was informed I could not reserve a crib for a 2 year old and the upper Pullman bed would be fine for him. The rep even said her 2 year old sleeps in them when they cruise. It was suggested I request one once onboard and if they have some available I could get one.

I know my son rolls around alot in his sleep. I would not feel comfortable putting him in the upper bed. Also my son has never slept in bed with me so I don't want to start now. If there is no crib we will have to figure something out.

Hopefully someone sailing on April 2nd will post the fun times....

My husband and I will have our 2 1/2 yr son with us. This is our 2nd cruise and my son's first! Did you sign up for the roll call? Only 39 more days!

I will be on the April 16th freedom cruise also. Hopefully we can find the fun times for that cruise. I'm also looking for the camp carnival schedule 2 -5 age group.

Cruising April 16th. Will the fun times be the same as this one posted? My sister always tells me I plan too far ahead, but I disagree :)

I'm cruising in 54 days and hope Guy's is good. I do not like my burgers well done and ofter fine most places that are not cooked to order are too overcooked for me.

I had Johnny Rockets on Royal Caribbean. I sat up at the counter and watched the cook take cooked patties out of warm water and place them on the grill. I should have walked out but thought I'd give it a try since I already ordered. Gross, will never go there again!

I've searched the threads to find info on camp ocean but haven't found the answers I'm looking for.... so maybe someone can help me out.

I've read if your child acts up they will make the child leave camp. How unruly does your child have to be to get kicked out? My son is 2, he's not bad, he goes to daycare with no problems. I was just wondering where they draw the line. He has pushed another kid in the gym daycare before, but nothing worse then that.

Do you have to book an excursions through carnival to be able to leave your child in camp on port days?

Does camp ocean have any hidden fees for art supplies or anything like that?

Thanks everyone for the info. Last cruise I went on (Royal Caribbean) I was able to get the cruise compass in advanced from someone online. It helped to find out what kind of activities and classes the cruise offered. I'll keep searching . . .

No luck. Looked and couldn't find it. :(
