If you are just refaring an existing booking it does not affect your EZair flights. However, if you have to re-book a cruise that is a different story. You usually will lose your EZair booking. We have been able to keep an EZair booking when re-booking a cruise but it's not the norm.

It is definitely time for Princess and Padgett to fire their IT team and hire a competent company to run their IT Dept! This is RIDICULOUS!!! And, they can fire Padgett while they are at it!!!

You can use a TA for this promotion. We find the cruise/fare that we want to book on the Princess web site. Then we call our TA and let her know what we want to book. Frequently, she gets us a better fare than what we saw on the web site. We have not looked at any other cruise booking web sites in many years.

Our TA just spoke to her Princess Sales rep and confirmed that you only receive the 120% OBC, not the refare. Useless promotion!

You know us well, my friend! We are staying at the Four Seasons...

This October we are flying non-stop LAX to Singapore in Business Class, on Singapore Airlines. This is the first time in a long while where we were able to beat EZair pricing. Btw, we are flying in a week prior to our cruise. We booked via Amex and beat EZair by $800 pp. Before booking air or hotels we always check numerous sources and try to find the best prices.

An example of lower International Business Class fares on EZair was on our recent Sydney to Seattle cruise on the Majestic. We flew non-stop LAX to Sydney. The lowest fare that we could find, outside of EZair, for the one-way flight was $7,900 pp on Quantas. Through EZair we paid $4,200 pp via United Airlines. A huge savings! We booked our flight home from Seattle directly via American Airlines.

Over the years we have had several Princess offers on our Platinum Amex. The last one was a couple of years ago. Currently, they are offering on Oceana, spend over $1,500 get $500 back. Frequently, they will have various other cruise line offers were they offer 5x points on your spend.

No, both will be doubled. The below is from the promotion's FAQ's... ANY guest who purchases Princess Plus or Princess Premier package at least two days prior to sailing and who sails during the sailing time period (August 1 – December 1, 2024) qualifies and will have their cruise and # of days cruised count double towards their Captain’s Circle level achievement.

When flying to Europe for our Med/TA's we frequently will fly in 7 to 14 days prior to the cruise. EZair has allowed us to save anywhere from 40% to 60% off of our Business Class seats. We are very disappointed hearing this news.

It is not a fair comparison to compare Princess to the luxury cruise lines. On an Automobile Forum, would you see someone compare a Hyundai to a Mercedes Benz? Probably not. We have the ability to cruise many cruise lines, but we have chosen to cruise primarily on Princess because of their longer itineraries and fair pricing.
