Many thanks to those that have responded. I wanted to be proactive and have a reservation sorted ahead of time. If I leave it until I board then I am leaving it to chance. Passengers other than Suite guests will use the speciality restaurants on the first night too. if I do decide to cancel my reservation do they immediately refund the charge paid?

I booked a speciality restaurant on the APP for embarkation day. I am a Suite passenger and there should be no charge for this booking. However the APP did charge my shoreside cc. How can I get a quick refund?

I am booked in a Suite and, I believe, one of the befits is to dine in a speciality restaurant on embarkation day at no charge. I was therefore very surprised to be charged when booking the Crown grill for my forthcoming cruise. Surely the APP knows that I am a Suite passenger and that no charge should be made. Has anyone else had this problem when pre-booking the complementary dinner on embarkation day? Another question - what is a complementary mimosa breakfast benefit for suite passengers?

Just a check about not needing to apply for VISAS on the Celebrity cruise from Singapore through to Japan (March 4 2024). We are from UK. As I understand it we do not need to apply ourselves for a visa in any of the places - Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong South Korea or Japan. Is this what other Brits are thinking too?

I cannot see the point in move up . It involving jumping to a guarantee cabin in a location that might be anywhere. we too got an excellent price on our balcony cabin - booked two years ahead. it is in the location that we wanted on the ship. what are the possible benefits other than a larger, nicer cabin?

I have selected a particular balcony cabin in my preferred location .. Now I am offered the opportunity of a ‘move up’. However even the aqua class cabins are said to be partially obstructed. Why would anyone want to move up to an un- specified cabin? What are the potential benefits of a move up from balcony on Celebrity Millenium? Even the spa does not provide a hydrotherapy pool

I know about the cafe Al bacio. what other venues supply decent barista style coffee? I have the drinks package . Does this include free (decent) coffee at all dining venues?

Does the Millenium still have a free to enter adult hydrotherapy pool? We have previously enjoyed the one on Constellation. Is it the same?

I think we have taken advantage of these discounts in past years. Does anyone know whether they might be happening this year, and if so on what exact dates?

A fascinating discussion about the maths involved. I do value the WiFi (though I get it free already as an elite member). I always pay the tips so pre-paying makes sense ( though I’m more inclined to give tips on top for added service) I used to use Alfredo’s a couple of times but it was always very crowded (so this sounds an improvement) My wife might go to the free exercise classes. We eat very well in the club class dining and have plenty of premium dishes and desserts (so I doubt whether we will have the special sunshades and premium cakes). I love special coffee all day (though I used to get this with a coffee card) Hopefully it will prove to be WIN, WIN and WIN for everyone. we do love Princess though we also like Celebrity and Cunard.

I have pre-booked a couple of ship excursions for my forthcoming cruise. Are they cancellable until 2 days before they depart?

We have used this before but now it seems to include a few more items: 2 free exercise classes - fairly clear 2 premium desserts a day - not sure what this means especially if you are Club class already 2 casual dining meals - is this speciality dining for free? Any explanation of the latest changes would be much appreciated. I still think it is very good value at £50 per day

Thank you for all this information. We have been on the Constellation (in 2020). Nest year we are on Millennium and Solstice , both in South East Asia. From what I have read Millennium will be similar to the Constellation but it has been fully revolutionised. What are the main differences that this brings? Solstice will be un-revolutionised Solstice-class ship. What are the main differences to the Millennium class ships? I'd appreciate some pointers from those who know. we will be in Veranda cabins on our forthcoming trips, unless we can grab a 'move up'

I know that Edge was the first in 2019. I read recently that there are now 3 Edge class ships. Which are they? But how may have already been revolutionised? What does this actually mean? I'd appreciate further information including the names of the ships involved.
