  1. You would be surprised what comes in liquid form. I have had no problem bringing liquid meds with me on planes. I always tell TSA, they sometimes swab the bottles, sometimes not. I have a digestive problem that makes pills being absorbed difficult, so some of my meds are liquid form, especially narcotics. But I've never taken liquid marijuana. I have taken CBD oil to Europe and Back with no repercussions, as well as a cruise or two. (didn't declare it, they didn't take it)
  2. Just cruised the Escape in September and we did Le Bistro with the Dining comp. No charge for dinner.
  3. I’m Platinum on Carnival and did the Escape in September as my first NCL cruise. We loved it so much, hubby says no more Carnival. Entertainment was better, loved having specialty restaurants (so many!), drink package included, etc. Hubby loved that they had a live dealer at the poker table instead of an electronic table. ANd the buffet isn’t awesome.
  4. I have a carryon that looks like a very nice leather duffel that has my CPAP machine, meds, braces etc. I've never had any trouble carrying it on and am more than happy to let someone look inside it to make sure it is medical equipment. I also have my personal stuff in my backpack.
  5. Lots of experience with wearing a boot. Contact special needs department. You will probably do better with a shower chair, since the ship seems to rock and there isn't much stability in those showers! I just had my 15th surgery on my legs, with 16th scheduled for November. I have problems with steep ramps and stairs, so if I'm having problems, I have them help me on and off the ship. There are also different levels of handicapped rooms on some of the ships-- I'm in an ambulatory accessible room next May on the Magic. you might try to see if one is available on your ship.
