I see $12 prices for Non-Alcoholic drinks on the menu pictured. I thought mocktails were free.

Renaissance Hotel, right on the marina downtown used to have day rates for their private island. They have their own water shuttles right from their lobby. It's been a few years but was a nice way to spend a day, about 20 minute ride and included beaches & facilities. There was even a restaurant and out on the beach there were cabanas & massage tables.
