We are booked b2b on Rome-Dubai and Dubai-Singapore cruises. It sure feels like RC will cancel those cruises. I wish they would just do it already so we can transfer the deposits to other cruises or get a refund and make other plans for the fall.

I’ve played pickleball on several ships and have never seen anything about reserving a court. The space used for pickleball is also used for other activities when the temporary nets are not set up open play, tournaments, or lessons.

All I know is that my TA says he has group rates for both cruises and has provided specific rates for various categories.

Maybe it depends on the TA. My TA has group rates for both cruises.

We are also waiting for our TA’s group pricing. We have the same TA. 😉

Thanks for the suggestion. Our cruising calendar for this year is full. 2024 is the earliest we could do this itinerary and we would have to transfer bookings from 2 cruises we already have scheduled during this timeframe.

How often does a Rome - Dubai - Singapore (or similar) itinerary come around? We want to sail this itinerary before we are too old to enjoy it but we have sticker shock looking at the prices. Any guesses as to when we might see something similar?

There is currently no Escape Room, but they do have a Puzzle room where the Escape Room is scheduled to be built. We were on the Wonder for the transatlantic and our group of 6 finished with 35 seconds left. It was fun and definitely challenging. We were told that most groups don’t finish. You can book it in the app.

Thanks for asking. I was pretty miserable for the first 3 days. I’ve been feeling better each day for the last 4 days. About 95% back to normal; just some fatigue and a sore throat from coughing for 6 days. My sister had mild symptoms and feels fine now. Oddly, I am healthier than her and unlike her, have no underlying medical issues, so we were both surprised that it hit me so much harder than her. COVID is such a peculiar, unpredictable virus. And DH didn’t catch it. Happy cruising to all!

My sister and I tested positive for COVID when we arrived home. Also, 1 of our trivia teammates was positive. I didn’t have any symptoms onboard.

We flew into FLL for a cruise in late April and experienced a 7 hour delay. We were scheduled to arrive at 6:40 pm and finally arrived at 1:50 am. Due to airline schedules we had to fly in at a least 1 day early. But even when we depart from West Coast ports, we always arrive a day early. We’ve learned that the unexpected can derail your timeline. Everyone has their own risk tolerance.
